It was a very pleasant stay. Sandra is an amazing host. She provided me with a lot of suggestions. There place is clean, nad the view on the terrace is beautiful. There is a nice Pide & grills next to the guest house. I recommend you walk in the old town and go to the ladies beach.

our stay was very good. Sandra was welcoming! She gave a lot of attention to our needs. she recommended a lovely seafood restaurant that we enjoyed. the breakfast was good and plentiful. the terrace from where we ate had an outstanding view throughout the day. at night the hillside shined gold from the reflection of the sun on the windows of the hills. it would have been easy to spend hours on the terrace overlooking the city and sea. it is along walk to get to the hotel because it is atop a hill. hence, the marvelous view from the terrace, but a taxi can be hired. we would definitely stay there again.

Great location, less than 3 minutes walk to center of Kuşadası.Very clean and quiet.Breakfast is much better than most of the hotels.Has a great terrace you can watch the city and there is a kitchen, fridge and washing machine at the terrace which are for common use.You can feel free to make coffee or tea for yourself and enjoy the view. The host Sandra is very friendly and positive.Next time we go to Kuşadası,we will surely stay there. It was like home.
Lokasyonu harika.

We had a lovely week here in October, Hotel is clean and well decorated (as described). Centrally located in Kusadasi and easy to get to beaches. We also had a day at Ephesus, with help and information from our lovely host, Sandra. We especially enjoyed breakfasts and evenings on the roof top terrace with panoramic views of Kusadasi. Highly recommended – we’ll be going back!

Good location to the waterfront and pedestrian streets. The hotel is very uphill so not for the faint of heart. No parking nearby. Be prepared to carry what you need uphill. Thankfully we have backpacks. Great owner who will greet you. Nice open air lounge upstairs. Wonderful breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean.

A very short walk to the shopping center of the town, and the Marina. About 2 miles from the castle. The property owner was very nice, and a wealth of information. She even helped us order food. The rooftop deck was lovely. The view was amazing. Rooms were very comfortable. Hotel is very close to a mosque so the call to prayer is quite loud from some rooms.

The special feature of the hotel is the owner who is very warm, friendly and welcoming and the delightful breakfast up on the terrace with a view of the sea.

Lovely quaint little B & B- with excellent service from Sandra the owner and Recep her helper. Great terrace overlooking the city with good views. Sandra was so helpful and welcoming - felt like one of the family. Very near to seafront- easy walking into town but difficult if you have your own car but Sandra can always point you in the right direction to park.Excellent value for money- loved it

Sandra was the best hostess and made us feel comfortable and right at home. She was great about providing us with in depth information about the area and attracations. The rooftop garden provided us with a perfect view while enjoying a delicous breakfast or a cold beer at night. We shared great times and conversation there. Sandra's location can't we beat, a short walk and your right in the heart of Kusadasi. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again. We consider Sandra a friend. Sandra was also very kind to give my son a book that we was borrowing and hadn't finished yet. You couldn't ask for more.
Thank you Sandra!!!!

We had a lovely time and especially enjoyed breakfast on the terrace. The pension is a very friendly place. The only drawback is that the town centre is noisy and you can hear it in your room.

Charming, amazing friendly service. A bit difficult to find and nearly impossible to drive to. Wonderful views off the rooftop. In the historic old town.

Pros:The location was great. The view from the terrace is spectacular and the host is very kind. She took care of booking our trips and arrangements during our stay and also recommended great places to eat and see. The room is ok, but nothing spectacular. But there are definitely some cons as well. Cons: due to the great view from the terrace, this place is not for the fainthearted. It is up three consecutive hills and is quite a walk. Also, there is a serious problem with the bathrooms. Ours had a rancid odor that was so bad, we had to switch rooms. In the new room, the bathroom door locked from the inside every time it was shut. Luckily, there were two of us, so it wasnt a huge problem, but if I was alone, I would have surely been locked in. Other than that, the staff is friendly and courteous. Dont miss the breakfast!

Beautiful, clean, quiet guesthouse with great views about three blocks above the fray of the city center. The first time you zigzag your way up narrow streets to find the place, youll wonder if it is worth the climb. But after one day at the Golden Bed and your first interaction with its delightful owner, you wont want to stay anywhere else. Sandra treats you like a long-lost best friend and will have great suggestions for your stay in Kusadasi that you wont find in the guidebooks. Excellent breakfasts on the rooftop overlooking the city. Looking forward to my third stay there next summer. BTW, the walk down the hill is much faster—youll be in the heart of the city in just 2 or 3 minutes.

My husband and two adult children spent two nights in this charming bed and breakfast. Sandra took care of us as though we were family and even delivered tea and crumpets to our room one chilly afternoon. The rooms are nothing fancy but were immaculately clean and we slept very well. Anzac can be a little tricky to find but the location was really easy to navigate from for our daily adventures. Enjoyed her recommenatios on local places to eat, too. The rest our trip to Turkey was spent in Istanbul in the Pera area, but this very affordable B&B gave us some very warm memories. One warning - if traveling back to Istanbul from this location, be SURE to check the ferry schedules first. We missed the ferry in Bandirma and waited 6 hours until the next sailing. Luckily, we had the flexibilty.

The Anzac Golden Bed was a hidden gem & certainly value for money for budget accommodation. Rooms very bright & clean & nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. We had a balcony & view across Kusadasi. Breakfast was included in tariff & just delicious on the terrace with lovely views. The only problem we had was finding it. Very difficult & surprising that many of the locals we asked didn't know & apparently it has been there for something like 20 years. A taxi driver directed us. We had a car & we were able to park in the Otopark a 5min walk & only cost us TKL12 for 9 hours. The B&B was located up the hill in the old town.

There was a nice breakfast every morning on the rooftop with a great view of the town. The brick roads currently leading up to the hotel/B&B are currently being redone so very hard to drag your luggage up the steep hill. There's a very heavy and not-easy to lock door that you have to lock and unlock everytime. There's lots of other odd rules like must leave your key at the place, and you're charged a fee if you want to pay by credit card. There is free wifi which was nice. The shower is the worst part- it's European style where the shower is over the toilet and the room is very cramped so if you use the toilet you're squeezing in to do so, and the whole room gets wet from the shower. But if this doesn't bother you then it's a nice affordable place with good central location to touristy-walking places.
The man who answers the phone is not very nice- tried to call to get directions from the bus station but he wouldn't help and just kept saying to take a taxi, even though I wanted to walk to it. The owner is a very nice Australian but I found it odd that she talked to me about her expenses and hardships of the costs of the place- I wasn't sure what she wanted me to do with that information.

I've read so many good reviews about this place, so I decided to go with it. But it is more or less you get what you paid for or a little less than that, but never more than that. The walk to the top of the hill was tiring after a night bus journey and we had some luggages. Although there is a dog which can be lovely, but it is really big and a little intimidating as its barks are kind of loud.
