Property was dated and in need of renovations. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was continental and fair at best. Offering a restaurant breakfast/brunch experience is my preference.

The worst experience I ever had in a hotel. 1 - Vending machine took my money i went to front desk no one was there. I had to wait for 15 minutes. 2 - Hot tube stopped working on the first night. They couldnt fix. On next day they " get fixed" . Two hours later stopped working again. Then they decided to move me to another room. 3- I found hair on bed. 4 - The fridge wasnt working right . My food got frozen. 5- When they moved me I didnt get keys and i never got because their system was down. Nightmare.!! Everytime i had to leave the room i had to ask someone to open it. Hotel is clean, and they have a back yard for dogs. That's nice , but they need to improve their customer service.

Pet friendly, friendly and very clean

This has become my favorite place to stay on the Cape. Not many hotels are dog friendly and clean. This hits the spot. The staff is very friendly and welcoming each time we stay. We look forward to our next visit.

When we arrived for check-in, they over booked our room but they did offer us a room of lesser value and offered us some money back. Hotel was very clean but be sure to arrive at check-in time.

Great hotel.

This hotel is in a great location. For our stay, it was smack in the middle of everything we planned to do. There were restaurants easily nearby. Our disappointment was with service and accommodation. The room was very nice size and very clean. The mattress was horrendous. We both had difficulty sleeping and awoke with aching back during our stay. I talked to the front desk on the first morning and asked if they could put extra mattress pads or mattress topper on it or perhaps change out the mattress. We were touring all day and came back at night, and to our disappointment, nothing was done, and our room was not serviced by housekeeping as I had requested at check-in the day prior. The next morning, I again asked the desk if they could do something on the mattress, and the clerk, who did not have a name tag on, told me, "I doubt it." When I asked her to check and see if we were marked for housekeeping, she replied, "Yeah, you're on there." I mentioned that I had asked for the prior day too, and it wasn't done, so I just needed to be sure it would be done this day. Her reply was a hasty "You're on the list". We always stay at Hampton Inn when traveling, and I was surprised by the lack of customer service and the attitude of the desk clerks. We are usually very comfortable and very happy at Hampton Inn, This one, while it is very clean as is expected, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and service was poor.

staff was friendly, breakfast was good and hotel was clean. On a main road. 1st unit that we checked into the refrigerator was broken (they did give us another room but we had already unpacked). Room service was by request

Great experience at this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. They even had fresh baked cookies daily! Breakfast buffet was great too, not just continental. Will definitely be staying here again next time we visit Cape Cod.

Average hotel with above average staff. Hotel was good enough and overall clean. What sets this place apart is the staff. Every time we interacted with staff they were friendly and went above and beyond.

Besides the power outage on our second day, everything was perfect. Ricardo and Mario they are super nice.

Room was perfect for working on my computer. Cookies in the evening were a treat. But the bed was very hard, the pillows useless, the sink faucet sprayed and made a mess every time you used it. And the floor felt wet / sticky in bare feet, so I had to have something on my feet the whole time. For the exhorbitant price, I expected better.

This is our go-to hotel for an over-nighter before or after the Nantucket ferry. It's quite, clean, convenient, easy to park and about 5 minutes from the Steamboat. We always combine it with a trip to Baxter's and a game of mini-golf at the Wild Animal Lagoon across the street.

The staff was wonderful, the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast offerings were ok. Generally, satisfied. Considering the higher cost of this hotel, I would have expected a little more in the details. For example, glasses for drinks (there were only paper cups) and a pen and paper pad (needed that to write down some information but wasn't avaliable). All in all I would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay, the property is very good and quiet but the hotel is on the main street and it's very difficult to in and out.

Location great

This is the second time coming to this hotel. Last time was 2 years ago. Breakfast was good , bagels were not bagels and no apple juice . 8 pm free cookies are a hit ! Rooms are nice except, bathroom only has one sink , and all the faucets have the water saving feature. Also water was not super hot no mater how long you run it . Indoor and outdoor pool was nice . Indoor pool was cold and prob same temperature as the outside pool .
