Don't know whether to be upset with the hotel or with Hotels.com -- maybe both. To start with, we were promised a room rate of $93/night, but paid much more on check-out. I don't know what I was expecting, but you would think that the hotel would, at least, apologize for the fire alarm triggering at midnight and causing an hour long evacuation. Beds were mushy and uncomfortable. To be fair, the staff was very friendly and helpful. This might be a good fit for a family stay with minor children, but not great for adults in general, and certainly not worth the price we paid.

The bed was very comfortable. I had a suite and the view from The sitting room was beautiful. It would be a great room for a couples get away.

The Arbuckle Lodge is a wonderful place to stay. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was great! The beds were very comfortable as were the bedding.

We enjoyed our stay at the Arbuckle Lodge! Our first few minutes there were a little frustrating (no one at the desk for a bit and no one to answer the phone), but the desk attendant was friendly when she got back there. Our room was clean and comfortable and we had a great view of a big meadow where we even saw antelope grazing right outside our window! The breakfast was good, and the area was quiet. Our reason for not giving the hotel a "5" was that the elevator was not working as it should. You could take it up from the lobby, but if you were coming back down, the "1" button would not work, so you had to either take the stairs to get to the first floor. We also noticed that the ice machine on our floor was broken. We worked around these things, but it made things less convenient. All in all it was a great stay and we would stay at the Arbuckle again. We really appreciated the sweet card that is the room welcoming us. We thought that was a very nice touch. Thank you!

Amazing place for a fair price also dog friendly.

It was a terrible experience. The bathroom toilet was non functioning. Was attended to and still did not work . The world’s worst TV system ever experience world wide . So staff was helpful others were not . Stayed here in the past and will never again . The price charges does not reflect the quality delivered.

This is a beautiful hotel. Front desk was always kind, friendly and helpful. King bed room was clean, large and comfortable. Very clean laundry and is free! Easy parking. Just around the corner from town, very quiet. Green hills outside our window where we could watch pronghorns!
