Michaela was so kind towards my experience as a guest at this hotel. ALL of the staff I met gave 10/10 customer service. I will be staying here again when I pass through the area and need a place to stay.

Well, it took about 2 hrs to check in, perhaps more. Partly Expedia's fault; partly due to error on the front desk's part. THAT SAID, he kept his cool and did everything in his power to work around the glitch & correct the error. It was inconvenient, but props to the desk man for doing his utmost. The room itself was ok for just a night's sleep, but it is not updated for use of chargers and such.

This was the noisiest motel I have ever stayed in. I am surprised it is a Wyndham property. You could hear the guests above you and in the next room clearly. When they walked across the floor, it sounded like elephants. When I called the front desk at 9:30pm to voice my concern there was no answer. I called again at 11:00pm and still no answer. I would not recommend this property to anyone that is traveling through Council Bluffs. There are many other fine Motels in the area to utilize, especially if you want to rest. The desk clerk at check-in acted as if we were bothering her. The Clerk at check-out was at least cordial.

Beautifully appointed rooms, with very good mattresses. Loved the pump soaps and shampoos! No messy bar soaps. Clean hotel. We had to ask for bath tissue, and coffee for our four night stay. Coffee packets were dumped on the floor outside our door, and we didn't have coffee cups for it. I guess they need more staff. Breakfast was good. Check in clerk Charlie is a great guy, and very helpful.

All the staff was amazing! The lady who checked us in was beyond friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and beds were comfy. The tv didn't work very well. It kept doing random things and we couldn't figure out why. The only thing negative we really can say about this place was the breakfast. The eggs and sausages tasted like they were reheated from the day before. The biscuits were ice cold and stale. The juice machine didn't work properly and the coffee was very watery. Like they used the same coffee bag a few times. We travel about 3 times a month with our two 11 year olds, and we always look forward to the breakfast part! We still would give this hotel another go if we are in the area again.

The room was clean and tidy. The pillows were not comfy nor the mattress. The pool was small and not maintained well. Only one table and two chairs were in the area. The reception people were very nice and friendly.

They were able to connect our rooms for our daughters birthday. The rooms were small but clean. The connecting rooms made it feel bigger. The woman at the front desk was extremely nice and professional. The pool was kind of dirty, it left marks on our swimsuits but overall the stay and breakfast was really nice.

Mostly satisfied with the experience in this suite… Plenty of room, good amount of storage if you’re staying for a few days and want to unpack things. Lots of seating options for when you want to relax or eat in the room…mini fridge kept things nice and cold. Outfitted with the basics, including a coffee maker and microwave and hairdryer. Soap and shampoo provided thought it was kind of odd though that there was no soap next to the little kitchenette sink. It’s really nice having the sink outside the bathroom for washing up a few things or filling up a water bottle, so it would have been nice to have soap to use out there. Since the bathroom soap is attached to the wall, it couldn’t be moved to that other sink because I did try that. The bed was fairly comfortable, but the pillows were trash all four of them were completely lumpy And should have been replaced long ago. Another oddity was that there was only one bedside outlet and no USB ports at all. Since I was traveling alone, I could use the one outlet for myself and brought my own USB outlet, but the other side of the bed there was an alarm clock sitting unplugged because there was no plug to put it into. Most hotels these days have USB ports for charging devices. Oddly, they still had jacks you could plug a landline phone into. Bathroom was a bit small, but fine. Tub did not drain well but did not overflow or anything. I never used the TV, but it seemed to have plenty of channels available… overall a good stay.

Maybe our room just had all the issues in the facilities. Upon entering our room, the bathroom light was burnt out. Was told a note would be made and that was all they could do. We stayed two nights and no bulb replaced. We were getting food out to heat up for supper to find the microwave wasnt working. Tried it on several outlets, no dice. Had to use the lobby microwave while they found a replacement. It did get replaced so I didnt have to stand in the lobby warming up food the second night. Our AC unit struggled to keep the room cool our entire stay. It sounded like an airplane was landing in the room. The second night, we were headed to the pool to be told the filter quit working that morning. Breakfast was pretty bad the first morning. Stuff just tasted off. Second morning there were eggs and things tasted normal so not sure what the first morning was all about. Disappointing stay, we opted for a different motel when visiting the zoo than our normal one and won't make the same mistake twice.

This hotel's location is convenient to the places I was visiting. There is plenty of parking available. When checking in, I was greeted by a very friendly staff member. She was knowledgeable and accommodating. (She is the only reason I gave the Staff and Service 2 stars. She would have received 5 stars. The others brought it way down!) Upon getting to my room, I discovered that my television had no signal. I went down and spoke again to the friendly staff member and she came up to my room and "fixed" it. The next morning I was having the same issue with the television. I went down and spoke to someone else at the desk. I told her the issue and that I would be out all day, if someone could come and fix it. She advised that it was probably the wiring and I could move to another room, but there were none available. The issue continued for my entire visit. I was in the hotel from Friday until Wednesday of the next week. During that time, my room was never cleaned. I don't expect it to be cleaned every day, but that was totally unacceptable! I have stayed at this property many times, and this was by far the worst experience. I will be looking for another alternative for my next visit.

1st night sewer smell and carpet was wet... hair dryer made a terrible noise then quit... new room next day was better but hair dryer didn't work at all... pool small and the life preserver was broke in half. Breakfast was ok a couple days 1 day was only cereal
