The hotel needs renovation as soon as possible. The bathroom has a most annoying stench. The staff are however nice and hospitable.

Not the best stay. The staff were nice, but the room could have been cleaner and everything is very dated. Breakfast was disappointing given the options that other business hotels typically provide. The gym in particular was in a very sad state, most of the equipment is broken and the available floor space was filled with broken slabs of marble on rolling metal platforms.

The hotel is in excellent location, it is in the center of Izmir Alsancak , clean from all aspects, the staff are so friendly and helpful, you can get a taxi in less than two minutes. Love to stay and will stay In future.

The hotels is very good, the room is big and comfortable. Excellent sea view. Close to a vibrant area which offer variety of restaurants and coffee shops. Easy transportation around the city. The only drawback the pool was under maintenance.

Old age hotel… very noisy room and location. Impossible to sleep the last night.. Regarding the reception: not english spoken, not very helpfull…. I won t come back in this hotel. Too expensive compare the general quality

The view is wonderful and more if you stay on top floors like 14 floor and above sea side. A lot of noise in the are .. that prevent us open the Bacony in the night. Toilet is lack of fan which produce smell in the toilet

Perfect location, perfect view, and very handy to have parking on site. I first couldn't connect to the internet but kept trying, and once it worked it was ok.

Everything was excellent from the rooms, the location, the price, the amenities, the restaurants but above all; the staff. Esin and Uğur went above and beyond to make sure my booking and check in experience was satisfactory. They love their job and know how to make a guest feel at home. Very nice hotel with valet parking (parking is scarce is in the area). Central location 1 block from the "boardwalk" and 1 block from the main walking street which is convenient but also makes it rather noisy until the wee hours. Suggestion, get a room on the upper floors.

Great location for restaurants, bars and cafes plus the sea. Noisy at night though. The room was big but the pillows were too soft. The breakfast was nice but nothing special. The glass outer cover of the lift had cracks in it which is not a good look!

A beautiful 5 star plus hotel with extra ordinary friendly and helpful staff, welcomed me on my stay there. They accomodated me with an early breakfast . I just a little problem with unit upstair that walking with high heel shoes all night and that was beyond the hotel control . Other than that all perfect...

Its ok for a one night sleep but out of date furnishings and 90's ambience may make you feel depressed, you still can Have fun with carefully selected drink menus in the room which are reasonably priced.
