Hotel is undergoing renovation. Due to painting lobby furniture and half of breakfast area was covered up. Our reserved room was not usable, because shower was missing a part. Same thing with the second room they offered. The third room had a functional bathroom. Desk clerk was very nice and helpful, obviously didn’t know about the issues. Quiet and comfortable room.

Overall it was ok for a quick 1 night last minute stay and the price was extremely reasonable considering most hotels were booked for the major event we were in town for. It was under construction, hopefully it will improve. Staff was very good. The rooms were run down. We saw a few roaches, which means there were far more. The room was disheveled, cords exposed and stretched by tv, fire alarm and most stuff not mounted crooked.

To begin this was one of the worst experiences I have had in my years of booking through Hotels.com, from the moment I arrived I was not greeted I was told "I can not check anyone in right now " with out knowing what my question even was. Door barely opened and that's what I was told walking in. The Service was very unprofessional , and seem rude. I had pre called to make arrangements to a late arrival and was told NO PROBLEM, but when arrived its was not how it went. Then one of the employees after dealing with what I needed to do and I requested a manager (which I never met just saw from a distance until check out day for 1 minutes,she had a loud conversation with another employee and we can hear her complaining about us. They made me feel as everything was my fault, and just gave us negative answers. Problem was finally solved and then they were to NOT going to give us the room we booked, but I guess they figured it out. The experience was HORRIBLE and very unprofessional, seems as employees needs a lot of training on how to treat customers. We will NOT be booking again and for the price it was NOT worth it as the hotel was also under mayor construction and was not told. I was not offered any compensation or helped to make the situation smoother. When I ask for names I was told , "I will not give you my name " I was traveling alone with my Daughter and had just got out of the emergency room the day before and I know I looked sick (Not covod)

I understand, the property was in the process of becoming another brand. Sorry, that is no excuse for operations on such a low level. Parts missing from in room coffee maker, Damage every where, a breakfast of waffles and toast, 3 tables in breakfast room. Your standards will have to be much higher when you change.

My stay was just one night as I came for a wedding. I did a late check in 10:30pm, check in was fast and efficient and I appreciated that . Had a great night sleep and my family picked me up at 6:30am and now I am back home. This was a great experience for me as a senior and was very comfortable. Nice and clean environment

Went to check in & the first room was real nice but the TV didn't work so I had to go tell the attendant! We proceeded to check 2 more rooms and the TV didn't work till finally the 3 rd room we checked the TV worked but it wasn't as nice as the previous 2 rooms! Saturday night we didn't get back to the room till late & the room keys didn't work on the door or the room so I had to go get them reprogrammed so we could get back into our room!Im Not sure if we will stay there again!

This place was absolutely disgusting no cleaner in my room for 3days had to ask at reception in night for clean towels found a condom in drawer and women’s clothing they did a small breakfast in morning but concerned off the dining room so no where to sit and when I was checking out I took some bags to my car they locked my door and then a cleaner stood there watching me like a convict this is by far the dirtiest and worse hotel I have ever stayed in also complaining to management AVOID this place like the plague

Have been staying here with my family on and off through out the past couple of months and we have had a great experience every time the staff are great especially front desk Arianna and Alesha they are the absolute sweetest … My kids enjoy the hotel so that says something .Can’t wait to see all of the upgrades they are making. We will be back soon

I left my charger bedind called the front desk shortly after our departure they checked the room and it was gone and so was the cleaning lady left my number for them to call me the next day when they talked to the cleaning lady, nothing...

I would have gave 1 star across the board if not for the friendly desk clerk. The hotel has no control over construction going on so cannot really fault them for that either. I had to drive an extra 2-3 miles to get into the property because you could not make a left hand turn. Again, something you cannot fault them for. What I can fault the property for is renting out a room that looks like somebody was murdered in the bed. I was pretty shaken up seeing that and couldn’t get out of there quick enough. Thankfully they gave me no pushback for a full refund once I showed the desk clerk the photo. I cannot grasp how they could rent out the room like that.

Apparently Hilton has taken over this place. It needs an update. Carpets are dirty, toilet seat was old & faded. In room cooling sucked. Tiny TV. It’s cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

Wasnt very clean but the bed was comfortable, it was quiet and close to a lot of stores. It was a place to lay our head for the night as we were out most of the day. Light in the bathroom didnt work very well.

Last check in is at 3am it does not say it on Expedia's site! Legacy Inn would not accept Expedia's reimbursement!! They got a $100 for a booking and no guest!!! RIP OFF'S!!!!!

My room smelled very strongly of urine; not sure if it was pet or human. The whole hotel seems rundown and gross. The common areas were more updated and clean though, and they were painting the outside.

Nothing in walking distance really but great hotel for the money and even better location being right off the 202 freeway. Overall nothing really special but you wont find anything in the are that's this nice for this little. Easy free parking too!

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and have always been pleased with the room & staff. However, on check in I was supposedly upgraded as they said the room type I booked was sold out. When I entered the room it was disgusting! The carpet was probably as bad as I have ever seen in a hotel, and I travel lots. I mentioned it to the front desk on checkout and they said they were in the process of upgrading rooms floor by floor. I understand that but I don't understand why they would not put me in an upgraded room. They said they were sold out but the parking lot was basically empty! Be sure to asked if you are in a refurbished room when booking as the carpet was truly disgusting.

It’s located in an up and coming area with lots of development and businesses like restaurants and services oriented businesses (nail, hair, entertainment) being built in a complex across the street. Easy to get to and close to the airport (25 mins).
