we stayed last year for 3 weeks and chose to take 3 weeks again this year. this hotel has to be one of the best hotels in this price range in the whole world. everything is sublime. the whole area is fantastically well-maintained. the staff is extremely friendly. the restaurants are international world class. tennis, squash, fitness, kids room, the beach, their farm, cycle track, the fantastically beautiful pool, the many pool areas, magnificent breakfast buffet, show in the evening. I could go on. coming again!

We spent 6 wonderful days at the JW Marriott resort. The hotel, pools and beach are amazing, the service and kindness of employees is excellent as always. Also our kid enjoyed the various activities. A special thanks to Khun Boom and Khun Nil for their friendly and courteous service. Congratulations for the wonderful JW garden project and the ecological sustainability program. It was a pleasure to listen to the enthusiastic garden tour of Khun Joy and her team. The morning egg collection was one of the highlights for my family! Hopefully to come back soon.

Lovely resort with spacious rooms and large balconies. Plenty of pool options for swimming in this very large resort. Grounds were very well kept. Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. A very relaxing and comfortable stay with the option of dining at local restaurants on either side of the resort boundaries.

Beautiful property with excellent landscaping..non stop entertainment for kids of all ages and back to back activities for adults too.. Wonderful and friendly staff ever willing to go out of the way to make guests comfortable.. special mention for Front office manager Mr Rashdan for making b day celebrations a memorable one.. Excellent food and wide range of stand alone cuisines too to add to the wonderful experience..Wish to come back soon!!

Excellent resort, food was amazing with 8 restaurants and catered well for food allergies (gluten free). Very clean inside and out with friendly service. Pool access room was great for relaxing and there were plenty of activities for rainy days as well. Would definitely stay again.

My wife and I spent 5 nights at JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa in April, 2024. The room and beach were great. The facility itself is enormous, far more so than I had realized when I booked our stay. It's a Marriott, so expect meals to be priced double (or triple) what you might pay at nearby (and far less fancy) restaurants; indeed, meals were priced a good bit higher than what we had paid at similar or nicer hotels in Seam Reap, Bangkok and Hanoi. Perhaps the absence of high end competition is the reason. In any event, the resort is somewhat isolated (1.25 hours from Phuket and 15 mins from the nearby town) and if you don't mind the scale of the property worth considering.

The hotel was really great, every part of it, especially the restaurants. The only issue we had was that even we booked half board 2 adults 1 child at the checkin there was an issue with the child as the hotel mentioned the dinner was not included. It would be great in the future to avoid such situations

Very good and friendly service, top beach, great food, great pool! Unfortunately there are a few very bad rooms, which you probably get if you don't book through large travel agencies. We had a room by the wave pool. The wave pool makes a very loud and very high pitched whistling sound, so that the balcony of the room was practically unusable. This noise was, in my opinion, a health hazard. In my opinion, this is absolutely unacceptable for the JW Marriott brand.

Excellent facilities, friendly staff who provided excellent service, clean, grounds were beautifully kept, food was delicious and having the voucher (full board) worked out good value. We stayed in block 7 with a swim up terrace which was perfect. Would highly recommend this place. We stayed for pur honeymoon and it was perfect for us. Its not walkable to the town (only beach bars allng the beach) so it is remote, but they offer a paid shuttle service to town which we used twice.

My 5 nights were beautiful all thanks to Khao Lak JW Marriot. Made hotel shuttle serviced in advance, which was 2400baht per ride. But totally recommended to do this. All services were top notch, too kind to be real. Restaurants were amazing and easily accessed. My favorite one was beach club right by the beach front. Room cleanings were done perfectly every day. Their pools are amazing and clean. I recommend you guys to try different pools every day to make it more fun. One little part they can try to have is having a market or convenient store at the place. Other than that, totally recommended. 1.5hr bus ride from Phuket airport is worth it! Thank you for everything!

This has been the greatest experience in a hotel for us. We stayed in the hotel for 6 days and decided not to leave at all. Spent all days in the hotel to enjoy all the dining options and experiences. Staff at all the restaurants and even room service staff are highly trained and make you feel like a valued guest. Well done to the management and the team as a whole. Would rate more than 5 stars.
