Very quiet room and really comfortable. I just wanted a comfortable room to relax and recharge. I didn't use the pool or general amenities. Staff very friendly. I'd definitely stay again if in Monte Gordo

I had read some bad reviews about this property but I thought it was excellent! Nice, quiet, comfortable room and bed, great helpful staff and a lovely breakfast each day. Walkable to the beach and amenities in 5-10mins. Easy free parking (I stayed in April/May but from 1st June to 1st September I was told that is when the parking is chargeable). If you want entertainment and a party destination, go to Albufeira. If you want a relaxed and chilled place, Monte Gordo is great and so is this hotel. :)

The staff was friendly not only at the reception but also in the kitchen. I stayed there at the end off the low season so it was the time for reparations before the high season start.. So that caused noice in the day. At night it was quiet and you can sleep. The check in and check out was easy on a decent and professional way

Overall we were fairly comfortable Good location to use the beach. All the facilities were functioning, but the whole hotel unit needs an update. (We would like to have had a different coffee as the one used from the machines, was not Very good.)

Staff are very helpful. The room was cleaned with fresh towels daily. Good choice of breakfast items. I enjoyed the pool area. I would like to have had a kettle in the room as no facilities to make a drink or to get one especially as I am awake very early in the morning. Other than the that my stay was very pleasing. Close to shops and restaurants and not too far from the beach.

Great location, rooms are clean and spacious and staff are super friendly. The only 2x things I felt that were not great were the expensive parking fees 12€ per day and the breakfast could have more options ( fruit and pasteries).

Extended my stay for the fourth time in the same visit because it made no sense to.go anywhere else! Hotel Navegadores has everything I needed for a comfortable holiday. I wouldn't hesitate to return and I do recommend it!

This hotel is a bit worse than the regular 4* hotels in Portugal. We were a bit disappointed with the room in general, e.g. mattress quality, extra small television and the breakfast is badly organised and it’s hard to know where is everything. Overall, I wouldn’t be so harsh if it was a 3 star hotel. For a 4 star I am a bit more picky.

Very disappointing. This hotel has very good facilities but there were issues I cannot ignore. Two male staff, in the bar and restaurant, muttered comments or profanities under their breath after I spoke to them. Although I cannot prove exactly what they said it is perfectly clear they were at best, very rude or at worst, highly offensive. Breakfast was OK but I did not appreciate being served food on tiny side plates one morning - it just made me feel I was being "rationed". Dinner was always poor, food tepid and low quality. My room and room servicing was fine, but the balcony only had two uncomfortable, built-in concrete benches. In addition, on two occasions there was no hot water in the bathroom

Great location to see Monte gordo, the beaches, shopping areas, and night life. Inclusive breakfast a bonus which allows for a full day of sightseeing. Car parking a little restrictive but manageable. Pool and sunbathing areas an obvious attraction. Better value and better facilities than many of the surrounding hotels, well worth a return visit!!

At check in no parking available at the hotel. Parked out of sight of the hotel to park. Check in was disjointed we had arrived with friends and they had their keys and gone to their room .Went for a swim in the indoor pool and when we asked for pool towels but hotel does not supply them. We had to trek back to the car to get our beach towels. Pool freezing cold, and in desperate need of a good clean. We enquired about the sauna and were told it was only available free to guests between 13:00 and 17:00 so we had missed our free time and were asked to pay 5 euros each which we were not prepared to do. Back to our room which was also in need of a deep clean. 3 plastic coat hangers were available for use well actually only 2 as the 3rd wouldn't hold a spider's web. The floor was disgraceful with a shabby dirty mat. The bed linen was clean but there were no mattress or pillow protectors. The remote for the tv did not work it was a completely different model so we could not get the tv to work. We had a lamp with no where to plug it in! Phone not working so could not contact anyone. After dinner back at the hotel several teenagers had arrived and were milling about on our corridor and the adjoining room. This was after 23:00 the noise became unbearable, complained no action taken this went on till after 02:00 security asked them to be quiet but it started again after 5 minutes. No sleep. Breakfast disgusting, hot food was cold and OJ watered powder! We filled out complaint's book

Desk staff very helpful, check in quick and easy. Rooms clean and seemingly recently refurbished with a/c, small beer fridge. Breakfast was ok initially, but deteriorated as the week went by, hot food was now just cold upon putting it out. Very basic food on an all you can eat buffet basis. Just bacon, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bread, and cold meats/cheese. Biggest gripe was picking a hotel with free parking, but no parking bays (all filled by non residents).
