First time in Delray really enjoyed the experience. My room was spacious and very clean and comfortable, and the service and amenities were terrific.

This was a disappointing stay. The service ranged from excellent (pool service, though admittedly that's at the Beach Club) to overly chatty (bellhop) to disinterested (front desk and wait service at the Beach Club restaurant). The facility is beautiful, and the Beach Club is awesome We had two issues that were rather frustrating. First, we requested non-feather pillows to accommodate an allergy, and we were assured by the front desk (twice) that the hotel has no feather pillows. We arrived rather late and we had a baby that needed to go to sleep as soon as possible. Once the baby was asleep and we laid down, we realized that all of the pillows were down pillows. Rather than wake the baby and summon the chatty bellhop, we just slept on them and asked for it to be resolved the next day. It was not resolved until late in the evening after three requests. Second, there was a fire alarm test that was scheduled for Thursday within a certain time window, so we made plans to be out of the hotel at that time, especially with our baby. The alarms started going off on Wednesday and went off several times, while the baby was sleeping. When I went to the front desk to ask about it, they were remarkably disinterested and unapologetic, simply explaining that there was a mix up with the town. I truly hope that this hotel can pull it together. Good service is difficult to come by these days, but at the price point this hotel is seeking, it's a must-have.

We stayed at the Seagate for the second time and we were a bit disappointed because they were on renovation. The noise started every morning around 7:45. Also, the room was really noize .. we heard are neighbours talking , coughing….

Tons of construction, one elevator working, no pool open at property, have to walk to a secondary pool near beach. All of which should have been disclosed prior to booking. No restaurant open. No bar open.

This was an evacuation trip from Milton. The Seagate filled a need successfully for us for a couple nights. The hotel is under complete renovation and its also off season therefore the rates were reasonable. Generally this is a schwanky resort destination which I would never spend themoney they ask for these rooms. The STAFF was execllent

Do not know the hotel was under construction before we came definitely noisy and the beach club stop serving food at 3 o’clock in the afternoon experience was not anywhere at the quality and caliber that we thought it would be.

Overall a nice hotel, although since they are in the process of renovating, it was hard to tell. The staff were very nice and helpful. Didn't get a chance to use their beach facility. I did enjoy their restaurant a few years ago. The little pop up coffee area was adequate and coffee was pretty good - so I was happy.

The beach club is such a nice treat to customers. We didn't really have time to enjoy the beach though because of the weather but we enjoyed the pool. The shuttle service within the 3 miles radius from the hotel to the places where you want to be is a convenience. We appreciate that so much. We will definitely come back to his property. By that time, hopefully the renovations in the property is over.

I love the property I’ve stayed here before but unfortunately I wasn’t aware all the amenities are shut down. The staff is always lovely but I called front desk and house keeping and room service a few times for water but it was never brought up like they said. Sad the restaurant and all the food is not available. But overall it was okay

I can’t wait to go back, they will be renovating the property now that it’s under new ownership. It is a lovely place to stay. The staff was excellent lots of amenities and places of interest within walking distance. Great experience!

The hotel was super clean. The shuttle to the beach club was very convenient.All of the employees at the hotel and beach club were super helpful and super nice! Would definitely stay again and cant wait to see the renovations.

The stay was great. The only hang up was trying to call for room service. Nobody would answer. No answer at the front desk either. We let it ring and called back and tried so hard not to have to leave our room, but my husband finally went down to the front desk and the person couldn’t get the call through to room service to answer either. Finally we ordered from the pool bar and asked for it to be sent up to our room. That ended up working out to our satisfaction. Everyone was helpful and courteous. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel pool was well serviced and the beach club service was A+.

Entire staff was great from valet to the beach club. Location was amazing. And we loved all the little touches they added to our stay , champagne upon checkin , little flowers in with room service etc etc .

Went with family who have stayed before but we were not overly impressed. Not directly on the ocean. Tub was dirty. Room was dark and needed updating. Staff was helpful. Gift shop closed. Beach club blah. Overpriced but understandable given the area

I found my "changed" blanket folded as new with make up on it. I showed to house keeper while she was cleaning the bathroom l. She claimed she thought she changed it.

If I had known there would be a jackhammer outside my room I would have chosen a different hotel for my first vacation with my boyfriend. He was working remotely on Friday and was unable to due to the noise.
