The guy in the restaırant durüng breakfast was rude . He did not refill bread and other stuff. He mentioned that we came late to the breakfast while it was just 9:30. And the breakfast hours is between 7:30-10:30 . For a cup of hot water we waited about half an hour.

Overall the hotel was a nice place and area to stay. I recommend it for many reasons. Staff were helpful and polite. We enjoyed a clean and spacious room with a balcony during this visit. Breakfast buffet was okay and convenient each morning. This is pet friendly hotel. We brought our dogs and we were charged 20 Euros a night per dog. I understand the pet fee but a bit much to be charged for each dog.

Well kept premises. I enjoyed the room which offered a lot of space and a nice bathroom. Very comfy bed with nice pillows. My room even offered two balconies - I would not hesitate to return in the summertime.

Firstly this is not a 4* hotel. This is probably a 2 or 3 at a push. I booked this for 7 nights through Expedia for a executive double with city view (if you’re going to book this hotel, book though them as you’re protected. First day I checked in to the hotel, thought it was weird that our room was on the 5th floor, strange for a city view. I get up to the room and the key doesn’t work for the room. Back down the lift and already 3 people waiting with the same issue. Get back up to my room again, enter and looks like something from the early 2000s, marked walls and furniture. Also this is a standard room with no bath unlike the booking suggested. Went back downstairs and the receptionist said this was a executive room. Yeah ok, thought I’d let it slide and just make the most it it. Went out through the day, came back and thought I’d see what the restaurant was like. Restaurant was open from 7-10pm. Half 8 and it was closed, In fact, this wasn’t even open the whole evening. Asked for some water and they couldn’t give me it. Used the water in the mini fridge. Day 2 key didn’t work again, mini fridge wasn’t re stocked and bar and restaurant shut again. No water supplied, already eaten out so didn’t need the food. Day 3 key didn’t work again, mini fridge wasn’t restocked, just to add, air con is also absolutely crap. Restaurant was open but not for food, got some nice wine. Day 4 we had had enough needed a bottle of water they couldn’t provide as the restaurant was closed!

Restaurant was closed at 08:30 pm, no chance to have a dinner at hotel, after this hour. Reception personal was not knowing, how to go to the city center by walking. Overall, the hotel and service could be better !

Not a good hotel to stay. It’s quite far from the Center and still expensive without much on offering. Breakfast is literally nothing except few cold cuts, bread butter and juice. And on last day of our stay there was no electricity the whole day. Guy sitting reception refused to give invoice for the payment. They are just very rude.

Over all a very nice stay, breakfast buffet was not that big. But it was ok. As there was only one wall socket it was hard to get all devices charged. However when we requested an extension lead we got one, which solved the problems.

In General Nice hotell but not 4* . It should 3* or at the most 3.5*. We had 3 persons at the reception during our stay. 2 Ladies and a gentelman One of the ladies and te gentelman were SUPER service minded and very helpfull, while the third one need some (refurbish regarding service minded). It was a clean hotel but when it come to clean the rooms, just arranging the bed sheets without changing them cannot call good room service. The same with the Trash boxes, changed once or twice during the stary of a week. YES they changed the bathrooms towels everyday and cleaned bathroom. The fact that we stayed at the room late is not an excuse for not doing the job. Breakfast.. Good.. Not that Fancy but good enough for me. 2-3 cheese variety, 2 dfrnt marmelade, butter, bread, and 2-3 hot meals such as Eggs, Bacon, Sausages. The Staff at the restaurant where very polite and helpfull. One last thing about the reception.. I never been befor with a fact that i have to choose what time i have to take the breakfast 1 day befor. That lady i told about earlier told us that we have to choose a time and we cant come beforor after for breakfast. REALLY STRANGE.

Very bad A/C not working and we ask the reception to change the room and she changed it to another room and the A/C not working too when we asked the reception again they said you can’t change, very bad breakfast, dirty rooms, not recommended

Nice hotel with great staff. Situated at just 10 minutes walk from old center Is a pleasure to promenade around. The hotel have nice rooms with all the facilities and decent prices for the services (laundry,bar). Will be our next stop in Bucharest because we enjoyed.

information given about the transportation to the airport ( provided through the hotel) are contradicted from one staff to the other.Restuarant accepted to charge the payment to the room, next day they refused and insisted on cash payment or credit card payment giving unreasonable reasons (system is down).Bath sheets which been used by us - the guests - was not changed next day as should be.

I travel to Romania often for business, and this hotel has become my favorite hotel in Bucharest. It's clean, has large rooms, large bathrooms, free wifi, a very nice buffet breakfast, and close to the metro and center of town. The staff is friendly and speaks English.

This is a great hotel in the center of Bucharest, close to a metro station, restaurants and has a good buffet breakfast. I always choose this hotel when going to Bucharest because of the nice big clean rooms and bathrooms. Great hotel!
