Pool and hot tub were under construction while there if I would’ve known that I wouldn’t have booked

There was no mention at booking that the pool and hot tub were not working. Sign at the desk said they were opening on the 28th, yet they were closed until furthur notice. I would not have stayed at this hotel if there was any mention of the pool being closed. Also had nothing in the small area, saying they hadn't been stocked up for a long time.

Suite was spacious and staff was great.

Felt the price was a little high but over stay was clean and comfortable.

I think the property needs some updating - it is looking a little shoddy and worn

Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are dated, but well equipped. This is a good place to crash for a night or two for a reasonable cost. It isn't really a vacation spot. I'd book here again.

Loved that there was a restaurant next door called NoNos cafe , we ate there 4 times, itwas so good!!!!

Although the rooms were larger than a normal hotel of this nature, the beds were uncomfortable. As well, the workout (fitness room) did not have mats to put on the floor. It was convenient to what we needed to do, and get to, in the area; but, all-in-all, an average property.

This was a business trip: Checked in and was assigned a king room which smelled strongly of urine. After bringing this to the attention of the front desk staff I was then moved to a new room which was "Ok". My coworkers checked in to a king room that was missing the u-bend in the bathroom sink. Yeah, really. So, when they turned on the water it ran all over the floor! The front desk staff at the time of checked in were at least helpful in addressing the "problems" and focused on customer service. The next day when we arrived back after work we asked the front desk staff for a couple more bottled waters. We were told by the surly receptionist "that's only when you check in". Customer service went from helpful to nothing in a day. Recommendation to anyone considering this hotel: Go anywhere else! There are definitely better options in the area. And to the Hilton Honors program director (of which I am a member), guess what, not anymore! I am dropping you!

Check in was easy. Repair to front drive through was being made which did not allow drive up access to lobby doors. On one occasion when exiting the lobby, a front desk staff worker was outside the lobby door in a full blown argument with someone on the cellphone. Very unprofessional and should be addressed by management. Rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast area was stocked well with morning breakfast items. Coffee available in front lobby but not in breakfast area. Overall, I would stay here again.

The staff was excellent, we arrived early and they gave us our rooms instead of holding our bags. It made us feel welcomed and appreciated, they really went above and beyond!

Was clean, staff was great and very convenient location.

Hotel is showing its age since we last stayed here. Breakfast first day was not good but improved the second morning. The biggest issue was that we could hear the people in the room above us walking around and the floor also squeaked when they walked. Don’t expect that from a modern hotel.

I love all their amenities. We stay here every year when we come to Colo.

I've stayed at this hotel once before and, the service was total opposite then what was received the second time around. The young girl that checked in my husband, didn't communicate at all to us anything about pool time's, Breakfast, or check out. This was only our second time at this hotel ever. When we got to our room. It was not what I paid for. I upgraded to a 2 queen, with Microwave and refrigerator. This room we received was on the smaller size with just a refrigerator. No microwave. I went to the front desk to tell them I was missing the microwave. The young girl told me all rooms come with microwaves and refrigerators. I told her well mine don't. She asked her assistant colleague to check another room. This was another young man blonde hair. I had to wait till he was done playing around on his phone for him to actually listen to the girl and, do what she ased of him. Very different service from before. We had decided to go down to the pool and never seen so much kids rough playing making loud noises and just being disruptive to all the other older guests. I usually never leave comments. This situation called for one. I will not be returning to this hotel again. The sad part is I decided to pay more for this one when i could have paid less for a 4 star across the street from them.

Room was quiet, bed was very comfortable and housekeeping was great. Front desk was good, could use a little work, but nothing offensive. Breakfast was better than I thought it would be. Definitely a great place to unwind.
