Enjoyed the 7-11 close by

remote location away from the LA, the hotel is not bad for the price.

I have stayed here before and have been completely happy with the Motel but the room they gave me this time was definitely in need of cleaning. Parts of the room were falling apart and it had a damp smell around the bed. 3 out of 5 stars at best.

It’s always clean and people are nice

There were stains on the sheets and towels upon arriving and the toilet was dirty as well. There was also construction on the second day there so it was noisy. The walls are super thin so you could hear the next door neighbors and upstairs. The parking had its own place but i wouldn't recommend taking anything bigger than a sedan. The staff was nice and helpful though.

Safe

The hotel was not clean, toilet was unclean i had to clean it all myself. All they did was switch out the sheets.

First room was not cleaned at all. But the staff was great and got us another room. Hotel is not close to anything. Good if you just there to sleep.

Dirty bathroom

Bad service. Towels were dirty and no clean ones were provided. Children were constantly crying even being abused by parents. During check out the process wasn’t even done properly. Bad service overall.

The guy that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. I got to my room and it was NOT AS ADVERTISED. I reserved a king deluxe, which was described as having a sitting area with comfy leather lounge-type chairs. When I saw that my room did not have these features, I went to the front desk where a different employee greeted me. I explained the situation and he basically just shrugged and mumbled something about there was nothing he could do about it. Then I mentioned that the WiFi would not support my devices needed to do my work. This time he became argumentative trying to say something about they have “many routers” and it must be MY equipment. Now, I’m quite tech savvy and I also have very good, new equipment. Knowing that I wouldn’t be able to argue my way into a refund, I had no choice but to go elsewhere to complete my work. The only saving grace was that my smartphone did get the WiFi. The room itself was clean but the exterior was disgusting. I mean just spend the money and give the stairs and walkways a good power washing. The mini fridge stopped working and the freezer ice melted all over. There’s a 7/11 next door so that was convenient. I think the elevator had a turd in it. Maybe that’s proof that it’s pet friendly.

The suite was spacious and very clean. It was missing a couple of things like a trash can an a mirror.

no coffee, no laundry, no ice machine...false advertisement on their website and affiliates...

The front desk person was friendly. I had a non smoking room and the blanket on the bed had cigarette burns all over it. The area around the outside of the hotel had dog poop all around it making smell bad and hard to walk my dog, its unfortunate because the area is nice.

Over all it was good, customer service was super friendly. First night was good second night had questionable people around but it’s a motel 6 so you get what you get. No deposit required either so that was super nice.

The staying was excellent great service

Room was ok but we found 3 cockroaches around the room. Bed was very uncomfortable
