Very nice hotel at the beach!!! Our room balcony was beachfront, what a view!! Thank you for that. Excellent, kind and wonderful hosts! We were kindly assisted with all the needful informations and trip recommendations. Wonderful fresh breakfast at a good price. Free parking onsite which is super practical. Overall nice stay at villa Zanic, I would highly recommend the host and the accomodation!

We drove from the UK and on arrival 2.5 days after leaving we were welcomed by Mlan and told we could check in straight away(we were a little early) for which we were very grateful.
Both Mlan n Marriana were very friendly and helpful, often checking if we were ok and whether there was anything we needed.
Our room had a balcony which opened straight on to the beach which was great.
The beach is pebbly suggest you bring something for your feet when walking into the sea.
Local supermarkets very close and a way to keep spending lower as you don't need to eat out every night.
Bus into Split was busy but dropped us right by the market and the Old Town.
We drove to the Skywalk in the Biokovo national park which was worth the journey but there also organised trips.
This is a very relaxed and friendly hotel, lovely views from the reception up n down to coast and across to Brac. We will definitely be returning in the hope that we will be able to manage to stand on the paddlebord. Thanks for a great stay.

Such great hosts and a fantastic sea front setting. Great base to visit Split with a bus stop on the doorstep. You will have your own parasol to position on the beach once you have finished exploring Split or make use of the free paddle boards! Definitely recommend!

Location is fantastic, right on the beach, free sun loungers and umbrella as well as use of a paddle board.
Beaches here are rocky so we bought some swimming shoes in nearby Omis, which worked a treat.
The owners were very welcoming and made us feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they take care of a lot of lovely details that make the stay enjoyable. Also the breakfast is incredible!
Parking is a bit tight and you need good driving skills sometimes to go in and out.
Rooms were nice and very clean. View of the sea from the balcony was awesome.
There is a supermarket just crossing the road and a little fridge in the room in case you need it.
Wifi connection is great! So is an extra point for this place.
It is definitely in my list to come back in the future, we had a lovely and relaxing holidays here. Thank you for making this possible (:

Amazing location! Staff is friendly helpful and goes the extra mile. Sun chairs umbrellas and even a paddle were available free from Pansion Zanic! Loves the reception / foyer sitting area - fantastic views of the ocean. Highly recommend staying here!

Definetly a 10/10 hotel/pension.
We stayed in room 1. A cozy nice room 5m from the beach. All rooms comes with either a balcony or a nice veranda with lovely seaview. There are free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach.
The rooms are clean and got all you need. Good bed, clean bathroom, AC, fridge, equipped kitchen.
There is a parking right outside which is very convinient if you arrive by car. Pretty small parking spaces but nothing you can not handle.
The staff is lovely. The make sure all the time that you are satisfied. Got offered cold drink or coffee several times.
There is a bus stop just outside the hotel where you can catch the bus every 30min into Split for a 25min ride. It costs 2,5€.
There is also a small grocery store 250m away where you can buy your breakfast and watch the sunrise from your veranda/balcony.

One of my all time favourites - this is my fourth stay and I am coming back at the end of my trip. Staff are always so helpful and the location is right on the beach. A couple of supermarkets close by and the bus stop right outside on the main road. There are plenty of deck chairs and umbrellas to use on the beach and there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Just the perfect location far away from the busy centre of Split. Highly recommend apartment Zanic - I have loved every stay.

We had an amazing stay, the owners of the villa as well as their entire staff were nothing short of incredible. Always willing to help and inform. They keep their place extremely clean and nice. It is worth mentioning that the room is a little on the smaller side. So, pack lightly.

There was a problem with our reservation they had over booked the location. They were able to let us know before we got there and had a solution with another property that they owned. The location owners meet us to make sure we ok with the changes which is a great customer service. Parking is good at the location. The breakfast is a basic continental. The beach a short walk great restaurants to choose from on the beach. You can take a bus on to split about a 15 min ride the bust stops across the street. Just a note the bus is very crowded coming back around 4 would suggest coming back after 6

lovely location 12 steps down to the beach. all the staff were very nice,rooms were very clean with balcony overlooking the sea.bus service every 15 minutes into split cost £1.60. there are 4 restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. excellent for a relaxing holiday, will definitely go back.

Our room was literally steps from the beach (rocky beach so bring aqua socks!). The hostess who greeted us (Mariana) was super friendly and helpful. She even did a load of laundry for us, which was appreciated. Beach towels were lent out and guests had access to umbrellas and beach chairs. There was even a kayak you could use.
The room itself was small but had everything we needed. It was clean, air con worked great and had the best wifi we've had throughout our whole 10 day trip of Coatia! The best part - the view of the ocean. Totally coming here again and recommend it to everyone!

We enjoyed our stay very much. You will love the views and you walk out strait onto beach. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. If you want to just chill out on beach and get away from hustle and bustle you will love it here. There are restaurants and a couple of shops close by. Thanks very much to our hosts for a wonderful holiday.

The beach was kept lovely and clean and having free sunbeds and umbrellas was amazing. The staff could not do enough for you and made our stay very comfortable.
Would recommend to couples/ families/ anyone that is looking for a perfect getaway were you can enjoy sun, sea and not too far from the beautiful sights in Croatia.

The owners of this hotel were wonderfully welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. Our hotel rooms opened onto balcony that overlooked the beach. We feel asleep listening to the gentle lapping of the water. Would love to go back and spend longer than one night.

Stunning location in Split with patio with table and chairs. Minimal kitchen--basically small dorm-style frig and two burner stove. but there are gorgeous restaurants up and down the beach--so why cook?

We had a wonderful time here. We were going just to stay 2 days and the remaining 5 days of our vacations in other places, but decided to stay here afraid that we won’t be able to find anything better. This is family owned and managed, and they go the extra mile to be sure you have a great time.
Literately 10 steps from the beach, small but wonderful beach. The breakfast is not a buffet as we know it but more like a “personal” buffet on your table, with all fresh ingredients. The rooms seem recently renovated, with new and solid doors windows and shades, and have a wonderful balcony where you can see the sea and of course the sunset.
Location was perfect for us. This place is few miles from Split and there is bus service in case you need. We rented a car and there is a parking lot o n site, a little tight for the “American” standard parking lot size, but there is a bigger lot right across the street. The beach is wonderful and if that is what you are looking for, you don’t need to go nowhere else. There are some restaurants around and supermarkets

If you are looking for a beach hotel then this is ideal as there are simply some steps down and you are on the beach. The hotel has sun loungers and umbrellas for your use. There are a couple of bars to the right and a couple of restaurants to the left, although be aware that these all get incresibly busy in high season.
Villa Zanic itself is a quirky place. We had a room only and it was fine for just the one night we stayed, although a little cramped. The staff are absolutely wonderful and couldn't do enough for us.
