The hotel was well located. Is relative close to the city, but a bit difficult to walk to the city center, so if you have a car, this is a perfect place moneywise if you are looking for 1/2 nights stay.

Free parking was limited so had to pay 12 euros for underground car park, food in restaurant was fine and bed was comfortable but some decoration needed

This is a good basic hotel property and quite affordable. Staff was really nice and helpful. The immediate surroundings are more business than touristic. It is about 25 minutes walk to the centre of town. We were very pleased with the overall package.

Girona is half way between our destinations. This hotel is reasonably priced and has parking. You can walk to Girona centre where there are plenty of reasonably priced bars and restaurants

Whilst the room was fairly basic it had everything that I needed and was very comfortable and quiet. The room was kept very clean. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and appeared concerned that everything was alright. It took about 20 minutes to walk into the town and there are supermarkets within a ten minute walk. The hotel has got a small garden which is pleasant to spend time in. The breakfast was good and it is possible to have a buffet meal in the evening.

We arrived at 11:30 p.m., only 30 minutes before closing time, but were received warmly and were even able to order something from the bar. We also appreciated the secure parking and Tesla Superchargers.

Staff were excellent and very helpful. Air conditioning during the heatwave also much appreciated. I was occasionally disturbed by other guests returning to rooms during the night.

The rooms were a good size and well appointed. Very clean and well serviced. The city would be walkable from the hotel by a moderately fit person and the area is services by good public transport

Simple hotel like all Ibis, staff was friendly and helpful. Good option if you’re traveling by car around Cataluña. Only downside is the 12 Euro parking cost.

We drove from North Holland to Girona on our first day of a road trip. We made the reservations specific, indicating 2 dogs and requesting a ground floor for ease of takings the dogs out. We called hotels.com and the hotel to ensure our prepaid reservation was correct, there were no additional fees, and they even with a late check in, we could get a ground floor. Upon arrival, we were Roland our reservation didn’t exist answer must be for the adjoining Ibis budget hotel. Once found, I was notified of €16 fee per dog and €8 for parking despite advertising free parking. After speaking with the manager, they waived one dog’s fee. They were not willing to waive anything but else abs Roland is to take it up with hotels.com, which we did and they resolved. Then breakfast was adequate a staff were friendly. The room was dirty...shower didn’t look clean and there’s was a fresh food stain on the side of the mattress that the dogs were sniffing. Room was too hot and we noticed when walking then digs many guests had their windows open as well. Would not stay here again.
