I had a wonderful experience. Very friendly staff. Room was clean and spacious as two twin bed room. Breakfast was nice surprise, fresh Bagle and coffee, simple but nice touch. We will be back again!!

This is a great value, charging $100 less typically than comparable rooms in the vicinity. It’s a little dated but clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for my needs, a short walk from the train stations at Penn and Moynihan.

I had a very nice stay at Chelsea Savoy. My room was spacious and clean. The hotel is in a great area and just steps away from a subway stop. The free breakfast (coffee, bagels, and muffins) was a bonus! The staff was friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay again.

Very basic hotel that has not been updated in decades. The bed was just barely comfortable enough and the property. At least the rooms were clean.

This hotel is in a great location for the Chelsea area. It was clean and the free continental breakfast was surprising good. The only problem was the beds were terrible. They were hard as a rock with indentations in various places where most people sleep. These need to be replaced before I can stay again.

We had a really nice stay. Everyone was very nice. Our room had two beds, which was nice. Nothing fancy, but good accommodations...no view, but we didn't plan to sit in the room looking out the window. Breakfast was good, coffee, bagels and muffins that were huge and very fresh. We had to check out super early to catch our flight, and even though breakfast wasn't open, the gentleman offered me to come in and take something to go.

This is a great hotel to stay at while in NYC. Great price compared to other hotels. Mere steps to subway. Sure others say it’s a bit dated and could use an update but if you value cleanliness, convinces and friendliness over spanky new (which doesn’t impress me) then this is the place for you. This is a small hotel, staff were soooo friendly and helpful, felt more like family. Rooms were very clean. Morning breakfast simple(bagels, pastry, muffins and coffee) but sufficient. We’ve travelled all over the world and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Front desk was great. Room - bathroom had a leaky faucet and the bed was a futon mattress. Thankfully we only stayed 1 night. The room was very clean. Great location for the purpose of our trip for the price.

The hotel staff are excellent, very friendly and very accommodating. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to transportation, shopping and food. The hotel is dated and could use a nice renovation but the room was very clean, the heater/ac unit and the television worked without issues.

Really useful spot near the main sights of Manhattan. Lots of places to eat nearby, choice of subway lines very close. Breakfast was nice to be included, it was basic but more than enough to get you started on a day. Rooms facing the street were noisy - but that’s New York!

Hotel was very conveniently located. I felt safe in the hotel because there was always someone at the front desk. Our room was older but completely clean and spotless. Housekeeping did an excellent job everyday. The only thing that could improve the room is if there were two queen beds instead of two double beds. The owners had also decorated for fall and it was beautiful inside the hotel lobby

Great place to stay, convenient, subway transportation close by. Rooms were amazingly quiet, very comfortable and ours was surprisingly spacious. Lots of shopping, food and drink establishments nearby. Highly recommend!

Not worth the price you pay. Shower has lukewarm water, carpets are dated and need to be replaced. Beds were like sleeping on a board. Area where hotel is located is great. Walking distance to main attractions in Manhattan. Staff were nice to deal with. Supplied breakfast was bagel or muffin and then coffee or water.

I thought the room was pretty spacious for a New York hotel. I think it’s an excellent value for nyc and I found it to be very clean convenient to the village just a mile or so and Chelsea has lots of nice restaurants, etc.. I was able to find a parking spot on the street, although challenging but somewhat available

I like this hotel for its convenience to subway, local coffee shops, Whole Foods market, Rubin Museum, high line, there is a Target opening soon across street. It is not a fancy hotel but it provides the essentials, do bear In mind that the street noises could be bother some. Especially from the delivery people/trucks in the middle of night or if there is construction/maintenance on the street…No place is perfect:)

First of all, the room was REALLY clean. Sparkling clean! We were lucky enough to get a corner room with windows that looked out on 23rd street AND 7th Avenue. Really cool! The neighborhood was safe and had a ton or restaurants within walking distance. And transportation (Penn Station and Subway)was a 15 minute walk away. Perfect for our visit to the city!
