Personnel was very friendly and helpful. Our check in was fast. Hotel being remodeled due to new owners but not a problem at all. Room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is undergoing renovations. I really felt like that should have been stated on the website when I made the reservation. Multiple amenities were not available including ice machine on any floor other than the main, fitness center, one elevator, and a limited breakfast. We chose this hotel because we had stayed here previously and enjoyed the breakfast. There were no hot foods or fruit - just prepackaged muffins/danish, cereal, and yogurt. We arrived late our first night (our fault) and I knew something was wrong in our room but was too tired to deal with it. Some of the lamps had no bulbs and the room was warm. We turned down the ac and hoped for the best. But by morning it was hot. We requested a new room but were told we’d have to wait because they had no more queen rooms. We were offered a refund but we declined due to a lacrosse tournament that had most of the area hotels fully booked. We did finally get a new room and it was very nice. I just really wish we had known what we were walking into with all the renovations/changes.

This property is under heavy construction. There is drywall dust everywhere. Potential guests should be made aware of this prior to booking. If we would have known any the construction we would not have stayed. This hotel was Falsely advertised

The hotel is presently under reservation to become a Holiday Inn Express. Ground floor shut down for construction, only 1 elevator was operating, but i have no complaints, my room was clean and very quiet. The front desk people were great! I am looking forward to seeing the hotel once the change over is complete. I will return when i am back in the area!

The property it’s under construction, no elevators we had to go upstairs to the fourth floor and the stairs were all covered with dust from the construction, no shampoo or soap in the bathroom I just wish Expedia had advised me before booking

Should have advised guests of room renovation. My son’s car was damaged by a vehicle driven in the renovation. The renovation workers refused to acknowledge their responsibility for the damage.

This is a no frills hotel. The gentleman who checked me in was very pleasant and informative. My room was fine for a one night stay. Elevator dirty, obviously from renovating going on. So,there were a few areas around that appeared dirty.

Check in was perfect. The gym was absolutely terrible. They have a treadmill, a recumbent bike and medicine balls. Nothing else. Not one dumbbell. There is no flooring and it's filthy. No one came by to service our room all day.

I read through all the reviews prior to booking and I will say I was hesitant. However, I was pleasantly impressed. I was greeted by the staff even at a late check in time. The lobby does display the active work they are doing but the construction never interrupted my stay. The room was decent nothing over the top but the bed was extra comfy, nice and cool in the Florida heat. The water pressure was good in my room. My only true concern was my last night there I came back to the hotel after 2am and my room key would not work. I went to the front and she reset my key after I only told her what room I was in. She never verified my identity by name or id. That to me is my only concern.

Great rates! It's a older holtel, but they are in the middle of a remodel. So its getting a upgrade. I've been staying there for work for over a month now, and will continue booking with them. Staff is amazing!!

Pulled up in front there was a group of 3 guys seemed shady at the entrance when we pulled up 10pm at night. But Check in was good. The room didn’t seem clean when we checked in. No smell of cleanliness, no pressure of cold water, stains on the curtains and floors and windows seemed dirty. Linens on the bed were ok. They were doing construction and heard noise early in the morning. Not such a good experience.

Check in staff are fine. Carpet is dirty in and out side of our room. Water pressure is so low, took a long time to shower! Noises on and off throughout the night, some type of construction going on and was hard to sleep! Witnessing people were smoking pot on the hallway! Bad experience!

I like the fact of it being close to shopping centers. I also like the fact of being able to walk to most of the shopping centers. I only had a couple of hiccups. One was the shower pressure in my room. I had to shower downstairs. The pillows were too small and there was a beeping noise in the hall.

If we knew this property was going through a management change and remodel we would have gone elsewhere. The staff was great and the room clean...but property is very outdated with multiple issues. Disappointed with the limited breakfast when we thought a full breakfast was included. Pool was clean but the furniture disgusting and surface area needs work. One light in room broken. Multiple stains on carpet and furniture. We had 5 rooms with friends for a birthday party and we were all disappointed in the property.

The hotel is under renovations. Bathroom needs a refreshment and better cleaning before guests arrival for sure. In this condition the services to customers are lacking. We were not initially informed that we had to explicitly request room maintenance or towel exchanges. We stayed at the hotel three nights, not once did personnel come in for cleaning, trash bins or anything. This said, the room, beds, pool and breakfast were fine. Location is very good as well. Good luck with renovations, hopefully once that is done the hotel will be more welcoming for other guests.

Right when we walked in the door it smelled of weed. No one was at the front desk. We had to ring a bell and 5 minutes later someone showed up. Got to our room and there were ants all over by the air conditioner. We requested to change rooms. Hallways were so dirty. The hotel is in need of major repairs and cleaning. We had leftover dirty socks in our room. We will never stay here again.
