I had a room with a kitchen and a living room. It was like a residential apartment with ALL the facilities - a microwave, washing machine, electric stove, refrigerator, pots and pans, you name it.

Nice hotel. Ok for business stay if you need to go to the Convention Center, but very far from the Old Quarter area. Not much places for shopping or bars and restaurants around the hotel. Breakfast is buffet style but may need more variety on a daily basis. All staff are very friendly especially the Concierge Ns. Tam who’s very helpful.

I stayed here on a business trip and this is a really nice hotel. The staff are great and do everything they can for you. Hang looked after us very well at breakfast and always had my drink ready for me by the time I got to the table. My room was upgraded and it was very spacious and clean. Really enjoyed my stay and will be back.

This is a great hotel in west part of Hanoi. I stayed at the clubroom and spent most of my time working there. Breakfast spread and room are both great too. Staff are more than ready to offer their help and yet not intrusive. I really appreciate that.

the best hotel in Hanoi. the only problem was that the taxi asked me to pay 505,000vnd to the airport. but the hotel bell man told me it will be 360,000vnd before I depart to airport. Bad taxi boy~

We were there for a soccer tournament. It is an excellent location for it. The buffet is amazing, aka carte is slow service.The hotel is very nice and it slept 2 adults, 2 kids very comfortably.
