We arrived with 2 days of rain but once it cleared up wow Coral Bay didn't disappoint and Ningaloo Reef Resort we couldn't fault, we enjoyed the food and it was reasonably priced ....staff and travellers there were so friendly ...the only thing which isnt major but more funny is we had 4 people in a room and the sheets were so noisy that every time someone tossed and turned it woke you up....would definately stay again...

Great location and friendly staff but the property is in need of extensive repairs. Room had numerous defects and draws were not clean. Priced too high for what you get

Not so good and under whelming - expectation from brochure/adverts was lowered. Room 212 was above the bar/cafe so noisy (no mentioned of this when booking) General condition of room was very poor (no lock on security door, broken and lifting tiles in shower, bathroom door in poor condition, balcony tiles missing) - expected a lot more for the price paid

Best snorkelling/swimming distance from shore. Friendly staff. Resort has changed little in 15 yrs. But is well maintained.

We stayed in a triple room. The property is very close to the beach and has an outdoor sitting area. There is a restaurant and a bar on the premises but the service wasnt great ( we had to clear the table ourselves before we sat down) and some of the food options were unavailable. The food we had was OK. Overall I found the property to be overpriced for what it offers. But I guess you pay for the location.

Picture perfect views from the balcony. Great to have a bar and restaurant in the complex so you didn’t have to go to the other accommodation. Very helpful having fresh beach towels provided daily.

Sipping champagne watching the sun go down it doesn't get much better! We were treated to great weather which helps in any holiday experience and our accommodation ticked all the boxes to take advantage of this great weather. Great pool,sparkling beach view at the door step, spotless apartment. It's expensive but to us it's The best place to stay in coral bay.

Nice room with a wonderful view of the ocean. Room noisey to next door tenants, could hear them through the walls. In need of some outdoor renovations and road maintenance. Otherwise a very relaxing place to stay.

We arrived 4 hours before check-in and the very helpful reception staff looked after our chocolate gifts, kept them cool while we walked to town. They rang us to let us know that our room was ready early too. We really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and fantastic location right across from the beach. We didn't need the car, just walked to the shops. Our room was great and spacious and fitted out with hot plates, full fridge/freezer and microwave. Huge bathroom too. The only downside was that we could hear every sound from the rooms around and above us.

Spent a couple of beautiful days in Coral Bay in this resort which is short walk to the beach. You can snorkel off the beach directly across the road. The resort has a good happy hour and restaurant that made fresh meals. As for the room it was a ground-floor Studio (opposite the reception) which was a good size and location for us (parking was at the back). However, we didn't realise the bar appeared to be the "local watering hole", quite noisy and rowdy at night till 10-10.15. I suggest getting a unit away from that area, on the next floor. Apart from the significant noise, this resort was well located and would recommend to others.
