Upon arrival we had to wait for our room because it had to be verified first that it was cleaned. We arrived around 4 pm so that was a little unusual. While we were waiting the front desk asked me if I booked the room through a third party to which I said yes. They then wanted to know how much I paid for the room which I thought was weird. After I answered she said ok we have your room ready but just so you know the cable is out in this whole area due to a storm. Which was fine but we had a friend staying in hotel close by and they said everything was working normal. The room itself looked like it had been cleaned well but you can tell the carpets are old as they were stained. Later that night upon returning from dinner we walked towards the elevator and hit a strong smell of marijuana. It was pretty prevalent not only there but on our floor as well. Finally we got to bed around 10 pm but we were woken up numerous times by someone playing loud music and numerous doors slamming. For the price we paid I expected better, we had a horrible nights sleep. Next time I am in this area I won't be staying here again.

The cafeteria was excellent. The staff was excellent. Just, an all around go experience.

Spacious, clean room. Easy, pleasant checkin. Stove top, microwave, and fridg in room. Exercise facility, pool, and breakfast at hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. The suite was fantastic! Roomy and well maintained. Pillows wonderful. Terrific bed and bedding. We will be staying again.

We stay at this Residence Inn 4-8 times per year and have always been pleased. This time there were a few issues with our room. One toilet ran constantly, one bedroom smelled like cigarette smoke, and the floor tiles in the kitchen were loose.

We had a good, comfortable stay! My kids were just sad that the indoor pool was closed.

It was a great place to stay. We stayed in the two room swede and it was amazing. The only drawback was that they were redoing the pool. And we didn't know that to after we arrived. The staff was amazing the beds were comfortable. Chef joshua served wonderful breakfasts.

Room was not clean and thermostat didn't work

Our king bed suite with sofa bed was perfect. Very clean and roomy for my husband, teenage son, bulldog and myself. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good both days. We would certainly stay again if ever back in the Jackson area.

This hotel has the ability to be an excellent business, but organizational changes really need to take place before that can happen. The very first thing I noticed after checking in was that the hallways and elevators looked like they were in desperate need of vacuuming. Upon walking in to the suite for the first time, I found a small amount of trash on one of the nightstands. I also found a small sponge lying in one of the bathroom floors that looked as if it had been left behind by house-keeping. Although I requested housekeeping services twice, we did not receive housekeeping for the entire 5 night stay. I had to ask for new towels twice, and I ended up stacking used dirty towels in the hallway outside the suite to ensure they were picked up. The facilities are showing wear and tear. The tile baseboard in both backgrounds is broken. Lightbulbs need to be replaced throughout the unit. The wall art hanging in the larger bedroom has broken glass.

It's right next to the interstate so you can hear trucks at time, but the convenience is worth it. The staff was great - so accommodating.

Amenities were adequate and good in the room. Challenge was temperature control for this time of year. Thermostat did not allow for establishing the right temperature for a good night's rest. Room noise and light. and small pillows were also contributing factors. Staff was courteous and friendly.

Didn't give me the kind of room I booked online, charged me more than the agreed upon price, dirty towels and filthy blanket in the room and my car was broken into in the parking lot overnight and valuables were stolen.
