The staff at check-in were so helpful. Found we had left our passports in safe at last hotel. The called the last hotel and gave us assurance that our passports would be safe until our return. I also got a reassuring pat on the back from Lidia, the trainee!😘

Very nice hotel, conveniently located next to a shopping mall with parking, restaurants and a large grocery store, very friendly service, great breakfast. Very close to Obidos. Would recommend to anyone going to the area. We received 2 water bottles and cookies as Expedia VIP guests. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Amazing hotel! Beautiful room, with a sitting area and very nice bathroom. Welcome water bottle and cookies. Great breakfast and very friendly staff. Very quite and comfortable. Centrally located in the town of Caldas da Rainha, with a beautiful city park across the street. Very reasonably priced for all that offers! Will definitely stay in the future.

Good breakfast, although no freshly squeezed orange juice :(Because of the hotel name, I mistakenly thought it was near the water.Very interesting ceramics museum across the gardens. Also a ceramic factory shop which was where they used to make them, close by. The factory itself has since moved to another location in the town.Nice market a short walk away.Short drive to the lovely beaches at Foz do Arelho

Second time staying at Sana Silver Coast. There is not much to see or do in Caldas de Rainha, but this hotel is super clean, with great staff and delicious breakfast. Hotel is near Obidos, Peniche, Nazare and other nearby towns, which makes it convenient for day trips. Hotel is adjacent to a mall, and you get to park for free at the mall garage. The mall has a supermarket inside which is very convenient for us. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

The staff is excellent, exceptionally clean, front desk service is great, restaurant pricey great breakfast. Needs an renovation in the rooms, tubs unsafe, dark decor needs to be brightened up. Love the location, the park is a definite attraction. Being close to shopping is a big +.

Staff was not very friendly. I had seen other reviews and many said there was free parking. I was told by staff it was only for some customers? The hotel is a little outdated. I would only consider it a 3 star. Breakfast was ok. I asked if I could get a fried egg. I was given a over cooked microwaved egg. Not very cozy confortable.
