We enjoyed our stay a lot. The hotel staff are very nice, friendly, professional in serving guests from hotel reception staff who welcomed us to the staff in club lounge and breakfast area. The reception staff are mixed of nationalities, who can speak Jap, English, mandarin and Cantonese. The first impression is the hotel’s thoughtfulness in its luxurious, elegant design in all the interior decoration design details from matching furnitures, wall deco to the use of lights, and bathroom faucets in their colours, pattern and style. We stayed in executive king room with free breakfast, high tea and happy hour access, Room mini bar is free. We checked in late from Otaru and missed the high tea. Hotel is nice to let us come back again next day to enjoy it. Knowing us celebrating our 20th anniversary, hotel especially decorated the room with towel swans and balloons and some snacks. Both the breakfast and tea are nicely presented and served with high-quality level food. Bathroom amenities are pretty good. The air condition is not cool enough but at least acceptable. Inside hotel activities are mainly a small gym room and spend a good relaxing time at its executive lounge. The only drawback is the location being a bit far from central tourist spots & popular shopping. Not as convenient for walking. The nearby are beer museum and Sapporo factory. Its vibe is a bit quiet and not too hip. But I think the level of this hotel’s quality service compensates and it’s worth the value.

Very convenient located in the international side of the airport. 3 mins walk to doraemon and hello kitty mini playground and etc reception speaks good English and breakfast was decent room is huge with Japanese standards a bit pricey but worth the money after 5.5 hours flight

The hotel is new and looks nice. However air-con in room is not cold even though we turned to lowest temperature. Booked 3 rooms and all had the same issue.

Location is average. The aircon in the room needs to be improved. Temp set to the lowest but still not cold. Cos there is only 1 small air vent at the window ledge (blowing upwards) and another smaller one near the ceiling. Summer is hot and is frustrating when aircon not cold. Restaurant does not serve lunch and dinner.

Room was excellently furnished and it was a real bargain for what we paid for it. The amenities in the room were top notch. The hotel was just across the road from a mall, Sapporo Factory, so meal times were easy to settle. Only issue was the lack of free parking. We had to park around the corner and walk to the hotel. My family really liked the room and the smell of the hotel can only be described as luxurious!

Newly renovated boutique hotel with great design and renovated to a high standard. Located in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to city centre with subway station nearby. The Deluxe Room with heritage view is spacious and clean with view of the historical beer factory. Customer service is excellent and attentive.

Phenomenal hotel with incredible staff. Stay here. Note to hotel: your photos don’t do it justice, we nearly didn’t stay here because of them, they make it look far less luxurious and more generic despite the great design.

Everything is very good - the staff, cleanliness, supplies and amenities, its location and the reasonable room rates. I am definitely recommending Hotel Clubby to all Sapporo visitors.

The room was a bit old style but large and comfortable. We booked the room for the night, and got great price so we are very happy. The hotel was in front of Sapporo Factory, and convenient to eat and enjoy shopping. The room phone was not working so I had to go down to the reception when I ask them something, but overall with this price, it was good stay.

Walking distance to the Sapporo Beer Museum. Good breakfast buffet. Good sized room and nice onsen-line bathroom. Clean, good quality, and quite reasonable hotel. Bad points were that the room smelled a bit of smoke and bed was small for 2 people.

Stayed four nights. Hotel is about a 10-12 minute walk to Sapporo Station (easy train ride to Chitose / Sapporo Airport). Lots of items for breakfast. Bed was a little small for two; pillows were too hard for me. Bathroom was spacious. Hotel is right across the street from the Sapporo Factory (shopping mall). Friendly staff. I speak a little Japanese, and when I checked in, I used Japanese, so I cannot comment the staff`s English. WiFi worked fine. Parking is 700 yen a night for a car. Easy walk to the Station / Otaru Park / Sapporo Tower. Over the years, I have stayed in a variety of hotels in Sapporo, and I would certainly consider returning to Hotel Clubby.

This hotel is close to Sapporo Factory building. As a matter of fact it is connected on B1 level. So the weather is not the factor of the trip planning. Kin Sushi my favorite sushi restaurant in Sapporo is also walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast place is big enough to hold hotel guests.

Although the hotel is not near the Sapporo station, it is a walking distance. The staffs are very nice and the breakfast is also very good. It is definitely a place worth to stay.
