Upon opening my room, my wife and I noticed that the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling with exposed wires. I informed the front desk and was told there was nothing to be done as no maintenance was on duty. We were there for three nights and no one came to fix the smoke detector. The corner piece in the back of the shower was very loose. My wife put her foot on it to was her lower leg and feet and the piece folded as almost completely collapsing. The coat rack in the room had two hanger off and could not be used. We were a little disappointed as we felt the advertised room was not what we received.

The staff was very friendly. However our room wasn’t cleaned properly. The floors hadn’t been cleaned, there were crumbs all over, a pair of false eyelashes behind the door, one bed pillow had black dots all over it and we found a bug in bed on our second night there.

Room wasn’t ready when we got there. They said it would be done in 30 minutes. We ended up waiting another hour. The room was clean and comfortable but had a broken light switch and the security lock was broken. Breakfast was good and staff were extremely friendly.

Overall, enjoyed staying here. Clean and quiet and recently upgraded with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. However being in our 70s not usually in the habit of taking cold showers and not having hot water, this being the reason for not giving 5 stars all around.

Tried to check in at 3:11pm, only to be told that check in time wasn't until 3pm🤔 I asked what time it was & the representative said that it was "Only 3:11pm!" We waited in the libby til 4:20 to only get keys to the wrong room that still had cleaning supplies in it with no cleaning person. Then i got locked out of my room at midnight & the guy had to come open my bedroom door with the fob around his neck became he said my keys wasn't going to work until the "SYSTEM" was reset, which would take about 30 minutes. I had to laugh to keep from crying...

During checkin. Front desk full of guests. Room not ready till 4. Trista relied checkin at. No guarantees. Bad attitude. Front desk check seemed to be confused during two night stay rooms garbage not collected. Housekeeping seemed to short staffed. Front staff doing rooms left the desk empty when l first arrived at 1:30. Seemed management was not around or didn’t care. Not a pleasant experience!!!

The property was clean in the high visibility areas- elevator, hallways, dining and breakfast areas, lobby. Our room needs some maintenance work. The electric shades on the windows were inoperable, one was even disconnected and lying on the sill. Because of this, it was very very dark in the room which made it feel cave-like. Also the outer door stuck so you had to make sure you pulled it closed completely. Staff were very very pleasant

This is our second time staying at the property. The first time they were under construction, and our hallway and room smelled horribly with new paint. Mary at the front desk upgraded us to a bigger room and it was great. We enjoyed a great breakfast the next morning on site. Last night was our second time at the property. Walking into the Fire department walking in, and alarms going off was a little shocking. No keys worked for patrons so these poor ladies at the front had to take turns walking every single person to their rooms to let us in. And for that matter every single time we left our room we needed to be walked back to our room to be let in. Which is not their fault but a ton of extra work for the front desk. We got up to our floor and we had requested two queen beds . The room they opened up for us was a king suite which I didn’t request so I wasn’t sure that we were supposed to take it. The poor girl had to walk all the way down to the desk to make sure what room we were supposed to be in. That’s when Mary came back up and said she upgraded us to this room. It’s a king suite instead of a two queen double. And that was nice and it was great. We had experience with Mary last time when she upgraded us because of the paint and we appreciated what she did. We just felt bad that anytime we left, we had to be personally walked back up to our room by these poor ladies who have so much other stuff to do. And they were busy! But we enjoyed another great breakfast.
