Spacious and comfortable apartment, well appointed and maintained. Great location in central Belgrade, walking distance to major attractions, shopping, and dining. Great communication from the manager. Although I somehow missed the message that her assistant will turn up to collect the tourist tax not included in the price. There should be a better process. No dedicated parking, a large parking structure 2 minutes away. No sane person would want to drive around central Belgrade anyway.

Very comfortable and clean apartment in downtown area. Grocery store is across the street, coffee shop downstairs. Screens on the windows would be a great improvement, keeping out the bugs. The apartment had instructions on how to operate certain appliances but did not have any for exhaust hood. The fuse blew one day but they responded to the email and fixed it . Would recommend it to friends.

Since the apartment is located in a private building, there's no reception, and you have to make an extra arrangement to check-in. As such it is not quite suitable for classic Expedia customers.Furthermore, the staff engaged in a typical "third world" deceptive "hidden fees" practice, whereby they charged 30 EU "cleaning fee" and 200 EU "damage deposit" -- both in CASH -- without specifying any of this ahead of time. They also conveniently overcharged the city tax (kids 7-15 pay half-fee not full.) For all these payments, they give you a plain paper/non-official receipt (hence not paying any income tax and pocketing all the "city tax" for themselves.) So, if you get into any "argument" with these "cheap hustle" amateurs good luck getting your money back. After we were swindled and upon my complaint they refused to provide any resolution -- because it was apparently my family's fault for not knowing of their "hidden fees" practices ahead of booking. As for the apartment itself it was in decent condition and location. No complaints there other than exposure to high levels of street noise (think garbage disposal trucks at 0200h and tramway passing by and shaking the entire building from 0400h) so if the proper sleep is important to you -- look elsewhere.

The apartment is very spacious and well equipped, with kitchen, dining room, lounge and two bedrooms. We were even left a mobile phone for use in case of need. Its a 15-20 minute walk to Republic Square, and about ten minutes from where the A1 airport shuttle bus (a bargain at 300 dinar), with plenty of shops and other facilities very near by. Staff were really helpful, printing off our boarding passes and being available for our questions. The only slight drawback is that the tram runs under the bedroom windows, so there is some noise, but they dont run all night, and we didnt find the noise disruptive.

Stayed one night, check in worked well. Met at apartment and same for checking out.Needed cash to pay and washing machine was a hard to work. Otherwise everything was very straightforward.A bit expensive for what you get but very spacious apartment and wi-fi and A/C included. New windows so very quiet even in the rooms facing the street.
