Stayed for only 1 night. Room very clean. Has everything I needed. Bed not so comfortable. Staff very friendly. Had a beautiful Mountain View. Will definitely stay again price was excellent!! Check is was so quick.

the bed would need a change. It is curving in the center. Difficult to sleep. And the shower was not really clean. Hair in the drain… not mine.

The place was about what I expected for the price. The location is great . Restaurants are close. The room was clean and the shower worked perfectly. I found the bed very uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a pool table. The air conditioner was loud even with ear plugs in. I would rate the place a solid 3.5

Front desk gentleman was helpful and friendly. Allowed us to check in early without hassle and offered room upgrade (2 beds instead of 1) with nominal fee. Room was dated but very clean and functional. Free wifi worked well.

The hotel is very dated, there was a lot of road noise and noise from the trains in the middle of the night. Breakfast was not being served.

I wasn't expecting much due to the price and some reviews. We needed an inexpensive place to stay and that was the only place in the area that fit the bill. Upon arrival we were told there was no free breakfast, which was ok, but it can sometimes give us a head start to finding a good place to actually get breakfast. The room was clean - but it had been cleaned several days before our arrival so it was a bit dusty. My daughter refused to take a shower because the tub was so old looking. I took one and it was fine. It is definitely old and outdated, but it was suitable for what we needed. The pix others have posted are accurate.

Disliked - overall cleanliness(bathrooom lights were covered with dust and linens were not exchanged daily during my stay.

I made a reservation through Travelocity. I booked for two nights. I arrived and went to the room. It was cold, but I figured it would warm up. The thermostat was at 50 which was the lowest setting. It was to cold to take a shower and there was nobody in the office. The next morning, I called Travelocity to cancel the second night. They said I had to call the hotel directly. It’s impossible to get to a person. I left. My hands hurt from being cold. They would not credit me.

The Gorham Motor Inn is an old-fashioned motor inn. It is a bit worn, but the gentleman who owns it is nice and caring, and you can access the snowmobile trails right from the parking lot. There is a lot of parking for trucks and trailers. Many people ski from here as well. There are convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. It is a nice town.

My first thought when walking into my room was, "Well, this looks cozy!" And it was. Maybe a little dated, and there were some minor issues that could use some attention. There was a refrigerator and a coffeemaker, and everything was clean and in working order. the "included" breakfast wasn't much, but the staff were very friendly. I'd stay there again.

Staff are great and the room was super clean. Only downside is the walls are quite thin and you can hear the next room. Overall I would definitely stay there again based on the excellent service and the superb area. Absolutely stunning scenery!!

Watch out, check in now ends at 6pm! The very nice and helpful lady at the desk accommodated me this time but I don’t want to depend on a special favor next time so I will have to stay elsewhere.
Other than that I like the place, it’s a perfect home base for hiking in the presidentials. It’s clean and the staff is nice people. That being said it’s almost funny how room furniture is outdated, it’s like a time capsule of the 1970s. It’s cool though, and clean, and it gets the job done.
In each of 3 stays in different rooms, either the TV didn’t work, or the fridge, or the bathroom fan, or several of those. Make sure to mention at check in if you need any of those things.
