This is our fourth time to stay in this hotel, but first during summer. Everything was perfect as always, stuff is always friendly, beautiful spa and massages, the outdoor pool was great. Perfect hotel for families, either during the winter or during the summer.

The room was hot and didn’t have AC… only living room had the AC which wasn’t enough.The outside pool was too busy, and the bar/restaurant didn’t have enough staff… dirty tables, and the food was late. 2 same pastas for the kids were served 20 mins apart, wrong salad, and forgotten French fries . Hire more people

Well, its not really a 5 star hotel at least for European standards. However, there is everything you need, and the staff is nice and polite. The beds were comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. The food in breakfast was quite plain and tasteless.

Overall disappointing. Old dated dark rooms with thin walls and small balconies. No microwave/pots or pans to cook (even when asked for). Spa was poor - smelly hot tubs with jets that didn’t work and a steam room that burns your legs. Good points - beds/pillows comfortable, lobby staff friendly and location.

Great stay in a 2 bed apartment for a family of 4 ski holiday. Great location for the gondola (10 min walk) and well located for local bars and restaurants. The spa is great and all the family relaxed in there after a day on the slopes. The food in the restaurant and bar was very nice, great choice of food daily for the buffet breakfast! I would recommend the Regnum

The hotel location is 10 minutes walking to the Main Street and gondola entrance. The hotel is like a maze. We need to walk and climb steps to reach the room. The spa was good. The jacuzzi temperature is now warm enough. The breakfast was fine.

The hotel was just perfect. woman in the reception was very kind and nice. our room was upgraded to a room with mountain view. room is big. well equipped and was very clean and nice. Spa area is just perfect. heated pool was great for our kid and also for us. Jacuzzi and Sauna were fine and all of this was a pleasant experience after day of hiking. The hotel also offer Thermal pools in the next door village.(Banya) and it was just great with hot water and good food and vibe. breakfast was OK. coffee can be better. Definitely a place to be back.

The hotel was very nice, with helpful staff. This place was great for my 3 young grandchildren (8,6,4) they loved the waterpark, unfortunately the organised activities at the park were not to the written program and the only animation staff wasn’t very lively or that interactive with the children, but the slides and the pools were a hit! We stayed in a grand suite, it was spacious and had everything you needed except there was no air conditioner in the smaller bedroom so it got quite warm at night and the bed was quite hard, the cleanliness was super. The spa area was also great. The breakfast was plentiful but not amazing, a lot of the food wasn’t very hot and the bread was stale, all the waiters were great. We ate lunch and dinner at the hotel and that was great, the spaghetti bolonaise was fabulous! The hotel wasn’t too crowded which made for a very pleasant stay, not sure how we would go in the winter.

hotel was ok, wouldnt give 5 star as the bed and pillows ware very uncomfortable.and the stuff didnt know what they were doing at one point the lady in the reception wanted to charge me 5 Euros per day for parking even though it comes free with my booking.so for me 3 stars.

No point ranting, instead here’s a simple list of some of the misery of staying at the Regnum:Curtains don’t cover windowUnbearably hot throughout hotel; Excuse: “it’s a bit warm for usual winter”Ski depot locked past lift opening time; even after complaining no one came for another 15mins Noise and VERY thin walls, unable to sleep despite staying in one of the more expensive suitesTowels put back from another bathroom so don’t know who’s is who’s. Dirty ones picked up from floor and put back, mud and all. Sheet change request card picked off bed and put back with sheets not changedDinner marked without gluten on menu showed up with piles of bread, waiter said just don’t eat the bread! Manager promised no charge but on receipt anyway, when challenged it we were battled by the waiter!Kettle didn’t workMisdirected to spa three times, incl one who walked me to the basement (ski depot) realised she had made a mistake so just ran offBreakfast starts at 7, lots of stuff not set out until 7.30 or at all. Different every day. Kitchen with no pans!No bin in roomsNo phone in bedroomsNo resupply on tea/coffeeSafe - no instructions. Overall excellent. My only complaint was that although our 2-bed apartment had a kitchenette, no cooking items (e.g. pot, kettle) were provided. Apparently because we had not requested them at the time we booked.
