Stay away! This is a horrible place that doesn’t offer any type of customer service I wasn’t able to enter the hotel and they don’t answer the phones I tried to resolve this directly with them but they refuse to answer and give me my money back

My wife said this place was adorable. The room (not really a suite) was nice, but note that the bathroom sink was not actually in a bathroom, but was in an alcove without a door. There was a breakfast, but it was simply packaged breads/cakes provided in the small lobby. The staff was friendly. The part of the site we were in was more like a motel, with an outside entry. Plenty of electrical outlets. The air conditioner worked well, but when we tried the heater it smelled, maybe because it had not really been used. Still, something to check when you get in. As for location, there did not seem to be anything within walking distance, but there were dining/shopping options within a few miles.

The photo appeal to me was the look of the all brick design and open areas. When I got there, it was a large property by a pond. It was exactly how I hoped it would be with lots of tables and chairs out in the open area and by the pond. The rooms were also very nice, no issues.

The toilet seems to have leaked around the wax ring at the bottom. At least the bathroom floor was slightly wet in the morning. The carpet was dirty. The lighting was very dim. The room was poorly ventilated. The walls and ceiling were not sound resistant so it was hard to sleep. We will not stay there again. The hotel needs to be updated.

The pool was our favorite. My son was excited every day. The lake was also pretty. There was no smell, the rooms were clean and the ladies came By every morning or afternoon. We wake up late. Owner and employees are friendly and helpful. Wish they had a fire pit but the outside sitting area was beautiful regardless.

This was such a great experience in every way; the rooms were clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I was in town for a HS reunion, and was able to have my friends placed right next to me and was upgraded to a suite. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area, and are attentive to customer needs and concerns. The grounds are beautiful and there is a large pond directly adjacent to the pool/patio that is a lovely backdrop. Just across the street you can see part of Centerport Harbor, too. The room decor is warm and homey- think 80s, and it's like a well-preserved time machine; the amenities are all modern, of course. This place is a real gem, and is someplace I will stay when I come back to the area from now on. Highly recommended on all levels.

This property is adorable, well maintained and very clean. The landscape on grounds are well kept. The bed was so very comfortable. The windows didn't lock. We didn't have time to use the pool. The staff is so friendly and great with smiles. The location was perfect for us while we visited family in that area. It is right next to a bay and nice restaurants. We ventured into the wonderful little towns close by.

The price was right, close to shopping, and easy to park. But room was humid and smelled a little musty. No fan in bathroom. Next room over opened their door a lot and woke us up.

We were so pleased with our four night stay here. Yes, it’s a bit dated looking.. but the rooms, facility and pool area were very clean and kept up. The hotel is set back and the property is lovely. There are several areas to sit and relax on the grounds. We got our coffee from the main office every morning and sat in nature viewing the pond, rabbits and all kinds of birds. We will definitely stay here again!

Property outdated and room smelled like packs of cigarette smoke (even though it says nonsmoking and you will be charged a fee for cleaning). Beautiful pond on the property but unable to enjoy due to the extreme overgrowth that needs to be maintained and the parking lot definitely needs work.

Double beds are too small, towels too old (though) clean. We were 3 people but toiletries and towels for only 2 people. No hair drier, no coffee maker. The breakfast was only bread and coffee, nothing else.

I generally like this place as a relatively inexpensive place to stay, but it's June and the pool is closed. My husband and I stayed there in March and we were told they were working on rhe pool. Of course we expected the pool to be ready for June. It isn’t, but it was filled with water and looked ready. I was told there was a problem with the "permit" or the town allowing the pool to open. I don't know if that's the truth but I dont care. I stayed here in June to use the outdoor pool and it wasn't available on 2 very hot days. Very disappointed. Was told maybe I could get some $ refunded but the owner never contacted me.

TV didn't work. No de-caf coffee in morning at Breakfast?!(one muffin). air/heat produced a lot of dust - made me cough when standing close and there was a film of dust on my case in the morning. Staff not very friendy, welcoming or helpful.
