Staff was super friendly, and hotel was in excellent shape. Reason for only 4 stars was they don't make your room every day and don't even check see if you need coffee re-fills (as there is no complementary coffee outside of your room).

Check in went smoothly. As i entered the room, there were several black hairs on the bathroom floor and one in the shower. I tried to call the front sesk but no one answred. The janitor cart was in the hallway so i borrowed the sweeper and swept swept the hairs up and retured the sweeper to the cart. Despite the hairs, the room and the hotel in general was very clean. I enjoyed sitting by the firepit in the evenings. Although there was a restaurant, Starbucks,a bar, a swimming pool and a fitness center i did not use these but it was to have these in case I needed them. I enjoyed my stay and i definitely would return yo this hotel.

I was very pleased with our stay at Courtyard Boone. I took my small grandkids and felt very safe and the room was so clean. The indoor pool was perfect in every way.

This is by far the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was very clean and neat. There wasn’t that hotel smell. The staff was very friendly and polite. We will be staying there in the future. I highly recommend it

Booked and prepaid a 1-bedroom suite (with two queens and a tub per the category description) 7 months out via Expedia. Checked in and they downgraded us. The worst part was they tried to convince us the small, standard room (with a king bed) which was half the size and no tub “is basically a king suite.” Offered us a $20 refund on two nights. Nowhere near the actual price difference. When I asked how the situation could have happened, the guy at the counter said “it can sometimes happen when you book through a third party” - meaning Expedia. At that point we had no choice but to stay. No other rooms available at nearby properties. We were so disappointed and frustrated we ended up cutting our long-planned trip short. It’s a shame. The facility itself is nicely maintained. We were not given what we paid for. And Local management was completely unresponsive. Literally…no response whatsoever. So if you are booking this hotel through Expedia, I hope you get what you paid for.

No complimentary breakfast or hot beverages included with stay, and the bistro they had in place did not have any menu items that would accommodate a meat-free diet. Furthermore, the Starbucks was out of several hot beverage menu items. Very disappointed with lack of service for the price of the stay.

The hotel was conveniently located in the city. The staff were friendly and accomodating. We were just 13 minute drive to Appallachee Ski Resort.

We really enjoyed our stay. My husband and I spent the weekend in Boone so we could go snowboarding. This hotel was in a great location with easy access to food and the resorts were only 30 minutes away. Check in was easy, the room was nice, and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be coming back and staying here for our next snowboarding trip.

Very unorganized and not accommodating. I was charged twice for my room. The room keys were repeatedly not working. Only one elevator that you will be waiting in for most of your stay. Uncomfortable beds.

Property is typically downtown property and that it is surrounded by lots of traffic and noise and the access to the main highway is very difficult but other than that it's very convenient

Very friendly staff. Room was large and well laid out. Great water pressure in shower. Staff provided a parking card to place on dash as parking is limited. Easy drive to downtown and the university.

My room had mold, because I could smell it. They offered me other room, but It too had mold. It’s probably in the AC units. Since I get very ill from exposure to mold, I had to leave. Not a great experience.

When we arrived we realized we should've reserved 2 rooms so our older teen daughters could have more privacy. The front desk associate quickly found another room across the hall and everything worked out great. The rooms were in fantastic shape!
