I found hair in the bathtub that was not mine, it was a completely different color and long. I have short gray hair. The bed was extremely hard, I woke up with back pain and I haven’t had any back pain in years. The room overall was clean appearing and updated in amenities.

The pool and exercise room was closed no mention of that on their website. My kiddo was not real happy which caused problems. The hotel room wasnt the cleanest the bed was but the floor was not. The area by the refridgerator was disgusting. There was old silverware, used coffee cup lids. About 1 inch of dust and hair. I had to get my sons ball under the bed and it looked like they havent cleaned under it since the place has opened. The bottom of the bathroom door has splintered/swollen wood on it. Definately not too happy after spending 418.00 for two nights and it was my time with my son. If you wanna see for yourself its room 101. King suite..Would be very hard to stay there again unless something changes or happens. Thank you

We booked this after traveling and needing a place to stay when we got to our room the coffee maker didn’t work. I called out to the front desk. They said there’s nothing they could do after that. We realize the refrigerator also didn’t work. We called down and told them They said that they could change our room, but it was really late and that would be inconvenience to them then my husband went to take a shower and we had no hot water so finally we called again and they just asked if it was really that big of an inconvenience and my husband got upset and just hung up in the morning when we went to check out and tried to discuss the issues that we had the night before, but then they wouldn’t talk to us and said because we booked through you through a third-party they couldn’t do anything for us and they apologize. Our stay was so bad And that the help was so bad. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We have stayed at this property many times over the last nearly 3 decades. We realize that this property is undergoing a renovation which is timely. We did not see any evidence of the ongoing renovation while we were there so not sure if it has started. We did not stay in a renovated room if there were any available. Upon check in, Morgan greeted us in a very professional manner and checked us in to Room 239. We went to Room 239 opened the door and immediately the smell of cigarette smoke was evident...very evident. We spoke with Morgan and she apologized and placed us in Room 237 right next door to Room 239. This room had no cigarette odor at all. We did have another situation on Sunday, Sept 1 at 3 PM when we returned to our room after having been gone since 10:10 AM. We walked in and the room had not been cleaned while we were gone. I contacted the front desk and clerk said she would have Housekeeping come ASAP and clean the room. Housekeeping Supervisor (name?) came and told me that they had not cleaned the room because the DND hanger was on the door while we were gone. This was not true as I had been the last to leave and the one to unlock the door. There was no hanger on the outside of the door when I unlocked the door. The DND hanger was on the inside of the door. Supervisor repeated her story and ignored what I said. I repeated that there had been no DND on the outside of the door that day. We received towels but room was not cleaned.

Easy access from Hy; with neat and clean surrounding. Had most of fast food available at nominal distance as well Grocery stores.
Room was quite specious, though some repairer/modification work was going on the the floor where we had our room, it was maintained well as well it has had wheel chair accesses room adjoining to the elevator, I would say its a good plus for those who may need one.

Stayed One night on a stop during a long road trip. Hotel is being reconditioned during our stay, so a bit of dust when we left the elevator. The shower in our room needs a good clean, the mold is a concern.
Would of like to be made aware that at 11 pm the event center next door hosting a ball game will shut 20 minutes of fireworks. When it started my wife and I woke up thinking some one was shooting a gun! This hotel was not what we expected.

It was splendid, busy…lots of families having the time of their lives. Full of great energy from the staff to the fellow travelers. The staff here was absolutely some of the friendliest I’ve encountered, everyone was pleasant from the cleaning crew to maintenance to attendants. It was a plesurable stay. I typically stay at competitors but they have not invested in their properties like IHG here. The room I had, 412 was phenomenal. Spacious, clean, fresh, and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again. 10 for 10 here…super impressed with Holiday Inn & Suites!

We reserved a king room and when we arrived was given queen beds, when asked they said they had no king beds due to renovations. They said they couldnt call me to notify me of the change due to not having a phone number on file, which they did have.

My family of 5 stayed here one night. I liked the interior decor and design. The facilities seem very well-maintained. The breakfast was very good as there were a lot of options--both hot and cold foods. My children enjoyed playing in the indoor pool.

Hotel was nice and clean, but not outstanding. No fresh fruit at breakfast, and then they turned off our key card before we checked out. Locked out of our over-priced room! Not the level of high standards we’ve come to expect of an IHG property.

Given handicapped room when not requested or required . Needless to say the bathroom floor was a little flooded when showering, could have done without that but hard to avoid in Handicapped shower. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling off, could use a little updating. The room was clean. Bed was clean and, pillows were nice, linens nothing fancy. Arrived late and checked out next morning so served the purpose. Would not give a five star rating, 3 at best

Everything was great. The last night it looked like the cleaning staff had came in and started and then just stopped and didn’t finish but it wasn’t not clean. People above us was very very loud but that’s not the hotels fault. Beds were a little hard for my liking. Would definitely stay there again. We did enjoy our stay very much.

This was the first time I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express only because my prefered motel in town was booked. This was the most expensive motel in town at the time, I expected a bit more for the price.
The room (a suite) was somewhat small and not very clean, there was dust everywhere. There were very few electrical outlets and literally less than half worked. We had to go to the front desk for bath soap and toilet paper since almost none was left.
As a last note, the breakfast was cold both night we stayed and not very good. Don't waste your money on this place, I suspect other Holiday Inn Expresses are the same.

Very dirty hotel!!! It's disgusting to be in it. Having traveled on the road for 15 hours and at night there was simply no strength to look for anything else. We were in room 406… The carpet was torn and not even vacuumed, all the furniture (sofa and chairs ) was stained, the beds were tattered, the towels that should be white-dark gray, the bathroom was dirty (it was disgusting for us to take a shower), there was an unpleasant smell in the dining room, the tables at breakfast are sticky, serving tables are dirty, in holders with disposable spoons, forks and knives, food crumbs. Terrible place to stay! One star is given only to very friendly staff at the front desk.
