We arrived at 11:40 pm and unfortunately there was no clerk to check us in. In our booking we indicated that we would be artiving late due to our flight arrival. We called the number left on the front desk several times but reached no one. Someone came to the front desk at midnight after we initiated a chat with hotels.com. I felt for the clerk as she appeared to be the only staff member working so she was responsible everything. There was no one at the desk at check out either.

Was a little upset with the pool being closed from someone crapping in the pool the day before but no one was addressing the issue. The sheets were stained in our room, the carpet felt like it was layed over another carpet as it was uneven not a big deal but the stained sheets and the bed was so worked in that you fell to the middle of the bed. Horrible sleep couldn’t wait to get out of the hotel in the morning. Basically it’s just run down the fan in the bathroom sounded like a back up generator. However after seeing the dirty beds I slept in my clothes but could not get a refund as I had booked through Expedia.

The staff had no idea what was going on. Our family had two rooms reserved and they could only find one. They insisted I booked wrong and struggled bouncing between their different reservation systems to find me. Then they find the second and someone had checked into it. Returned for the second set of keys and was told I had to go back to first room for my ID. We had just spent 12+ hours on the road and this added an hour to bedtime for the kids. Staff had no concern about the delays. I later tried to purchase some water from the front desk. After waiting around for a staff member to actually show up, they had no idea how to ring me out. They acted like the CC machine was some mystical device they’d never seen or used. Breakfast so-so. It was warm and they didn’t run out.

My friend and i were relaxing in our room. I was drinking coffee in bed while perusing the internet and she was still sleeping. The do not disturb was still on the door, but i hadn't used the privacy lock thing, because i had gone to the lobby for coffee instead of making my own. Anyway, housekeeping knocked on the door, and by the time i got to the door she was coming in, with the do not disturb sign in her hand asking when we would be checking out. What if i had been showering? It was rude and pushy.

We stayed here lastnight. Upon check-in, i thought it was weird they had me sign a screen that said my room was a different (less) ampunt than I reserved it for. I was confuswd and asked for a receipt but the front desk said they dont give receipts if they were reserved on 3rd party apps. I was just worried they were going to charge me twice or something. Rooms hid a bed had used bedding in it. They were accompanying to get us new stuff and more towels and soap. Breakfast attendants had a mess at the breakfast area. Otherwise bed was soft and nice. Was a quiet night. It is a good place to stay, they just dont like these 3rd party reservations for some reason.

This was the nicest hotel of our entire trip so far. If we ever come back to Minot we will definitely stay here again. It was also the least expensive. The bed was wonderful. It was quiet. Wonderful stay!

I liked how big the room was. Thats about it. Terrible customer service at front desk. He gave us keys to someone elses room that was still staying there. Pool is only 3ft. Kids were swimming, found out an hour afterwards the pool was supposed to be closed the whole time because someone pooped in the pool. Not sure why it was still accessible. Front desk was on his cell phone having a intimate convo while checking people in. 2 tvs only 1 worked. Room seemed a little on the dirty side.

First night was fine. but decided to stay another night. Checked in bout 6:30pm, went to our room which was the same one we checked out earlier, walked in room was still a mess, house keepers didn't even start to clean.. So went back to front desk and gave us another room. Went there and again room was not made up. towels in bathroom, one bed was slept in. The front desk person, said we had to take one or the other room. So after that, we stayed in the room, BUT WE DID LEAVE THE ROOM A MESS. usually i leave a good tip and try to clean our room up before we leave.

Booked a room with a king bed and a pull out couch with a double bed. Got checked in and put our things into the room. The front staff guy seemed stressed out but it was busy so I get it. We came back to the room at 9:30pm and pulled out the bed part of the couch and there was no mattress, it was missing. I call down and tell the guy and he says what do you want me to do?. I say find me a mattress or change rooms? He than brings me up a crappy single mattress which only could fit one kid on it. I won't be booking there again and would strongly suggest you don't either! The pool and place was showing it's years and lack of up keep.

We got put into a room where somebody was already staying and then had to get a new room. The unprofessional man told us it was expedias fault. The place is pretty rundown but clean, except that there was a pair of underwear in our room that wasn’t ours. The pool area was not clean at all. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Just after we got settled into our room, another couple was also given our room, and tried to enter so that caused a little confusion but was settled easy at the front desk. The pool area is older but perfect for little kids with wade entry and 3 feet deep max! Quiet area!

The room was nice but not properly cleaned as I found trash through out the room. The bed was so uncomfortable (king) thin and not much padding. Felt the springs. Pillows were thin and didnt hold any weight. Overall, the location, staff and environment was good. Just think the beds could use some updating. Especially when you are traveling, paying for sleep, unable to do so with lack of bedding comfort.

Staff was friendly. Hot tub was nice and hot. Downfall. Pizza sauce on the wall by garbage by office desk. Corners in bathroom were dirty on the floors and the walls in the bathroom could use a good cleaning. And bathroom sink drain needs a clean out it definitely stinks when running water.

Overall stay was good. Disappointed that continental breakfast was over at 9AM! Guests relax on weekends and I’ve never stayed at a hotel that breakfast was over at 9!
