through Hotel.com, i booked deluxe room with king size bed and they said they only have twin single bed, and i need to pay PHP2,500 /night to have king size bed in Suite. the reservation and the room i stayed were different and the condition was very poor. water leak, black water come out due to maintenance. in addition, this is not the problem of the hotel, but i think they have parties a lot in the hotel room which interfere your relaxing stay, many other guests, were yelling, laughing, talking, and even we could hear the TV sound of the room next to us. although near the hotel, there are many restaurants which is convenient, if you are looking for clean, neat and relaxing place, this is not for you.

Staff were nice and friendly. Walkable and very convenient to ATC and restaurants. I am just not sure if they are consistent cleaning the carpets in rooms because I had a severe allergy once checked in, and really thought it was the dusty carpet. But overall, Inhad a good carpet specially in the mornings when it's time for buffet breakfast.

It’s a nice hotel. The problems were the fan in cr was not working and they were unable to fix it. The elevators were unreliable. The key fob inside the elevators were not reliable, twice the elevator took me to the top floor without stopping. The internet inside the room was horrible.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, excellent rooms and a delicious breakfast buffet with a large variety of food to choose from. Best damn coffee ever as well. I drink it black, but it comes out with a bit of froth and it’s just the right temperature to start enjoying right away.

Great hotel. Some staff are unfriendly and snob especially at the front desk. During my stay, there was an event going on. Mind you, I'm on 12th floor and I could hear the noise all the way up there. I investigate and called the front desk and all they told me was someone above me was also complaining. So what does that mean for me. The cafe downstairs are inconsistent with their drinks. Staff are unapologetic. The only thing I like was the free shuttle service but slow at times. I also love the spa & salon, they are wonderful. Up to now, even I am no longer check in, I still go back for the spa and salon services

The hotel is okay, we have a good room but the beddings and towels were not in good condition. The towels smell and they all turned grayish in color from its previous white color. Staff is friendly, not all. Housekeeping didn’t come to your room until very late in the afternoon or they don’t come until you ask them to. Other guests are so noisy, running around and shouting in the corridor.

Safe and clean, except SAT & SUN my stays Lift was super busy in the afternoon 4th Lift was out of order, I was forced to use the stairs which needs cleaning and smells, the ground floor by the fire exit was full of trash unsafe if there’s a real emergency occurred anytime.

Water in the bathroom was a nightmare. No hot water. There’s some lukewarm water at best and there’s a couple of times we had some warmer water in the shower but the pressure was too weak. Water in the rain shower was a trickle. It was so annoying when you’re trying to rinse off. I ended up squatting at the faucet water. We called for these to be addressed, 3 times the maintenance came and didn’t really helped the situation so we were moved 2 times. We appreciate the room upgrade but it didn’t really made our stay as comfortable cause we’re sponge bathing the whole time. Hot water shower should be basic feature in any hotel. Gym was so-so. Pros: Staff were all awesome, WiFi is ok but spotty. Bed was awesome very comfortable. Walking distance to Westgate where you can find great restaurants in this area. Like Cafe Breton, Alba, Wildflour and melo’s. There’s also a supermarket nearby. But I wouldn’t recommend this hotel in the area. Due to the issue with the water. Manila is hot and humid so we take a shower 2-3 times a day. And it’s not fun not been able to do that as often as we would love to cause of the water pressure and the cold water. We stayed in Crimson Hotel prior to this and we had better experience there with the same price point.

I enjoyed a two -night stay at this hotel. It's situated in an area called Filinvest City in the southern metro Manila area. Plenty of shopping and dining within walking distance. The hotel also has a full service restaurant. Festival Mall is also very nearby. This is an excellent hotel for the price. I would recommend it to others.

Overall it's a great experience, however, the next day of our stay while taking a bath, the water turned brown which I believe was caused by where they stored them (could be water tank). Upon calling front-desk, they immediately resolved it which is great but would've been better if we didn't get to experience it.

I did not get the room I booked however I was happy with the service provided by Kristina. She did her best to meet what I requested. She’s respectful and courteous. Appreciated the upgrade but the airconditioning is not great. The bathroom where I was floods with water after shower. All staff were awesome but the property's air conditioning system needs attention and the hotel lobby is too congested with restaurants.

Overall it was a great stay except for construction work above. Decided to stay in on our last day to have a restful day for our late night plane travel but was not a good day with jack hammers and chipping noise. All we got was a note apologizing for the chipping noises. Might be our first and last stay here.

I have stayed at the Acaica many times over the years. I will say that that was the most disappointing visit ever. The room I was in had a comfortable bed. That was the only highlight. The bathroom was terrible. When I arrived there were two bath towels, and that's all. No hand towels. No wash clothes. I had to call down to get some delivered, and the second day they still did not offer them without calling. The shower was Lukewarm at best. There was no hot or even very warm water in the shower. The TV worked, but there was no control to turn it off at night. I had to put it on a channel with nothing showing to at least make it semi-dark at night. The greatest advantage to the hotel is it's location to the malls nearby. But unless there are major changes to their towels, shower heating, TV, etc., I'll never stay there again. There are several hotels in the vicinity that are better. Having been there at least 8 times over the years, this was highly lacking from previous years.

The check-in counter is small and too crowded.. no trolley cart and room boy to assist.. The breakfast resto is crowded, food selection not so many..

The only issue of the hotel is that it is a bit odd - lacking of power sockets, the entire desktop power supply is not working with tape all around it, tje aircon auto fan is not working regardless of whatever temperature is set. Some renovation is urgently required. The best part is the front office staff and also all the sercing staff at the lobby.
