Really nice rooms, clean and as advertised. Property is very nice and a perfect distance from the old town of Paraty. Pool is large and the service from staff was excellent. Would definitely recommend and return.

We had a great stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was very nice. The hotel is well kept and clean. I would definitely stay here again

We paid 150€/night for a tiny room. very old and needing renovation. Very basic breakfast, orange juice with more water than orange. mean.

the hotel was very nice. very helpful staff. breakfast setting by pool was very nice. rooms are clean and large. only draw backs were walking distance to old town. need to walk to bridges to cross into old town. the air worked good. note though there are no screens and there are cracks in windows and doors so bugs mosquitoes etc can get in. but this is also very common.

The room was spartan but comfortable, and had an extra twin bed in a little antechamber that we wish we'd known about, because we could have brought a friend! The pool area is gorgeous, and the restaurant breakfast was delicious. We also had a wonderful dinner of grilled sea bass one evening. The one thing that the room lacked was screens for any of the windows or doors, so if you wanted fresh air it came with the price of mosquitos. Staff had limited English but were extremely helpful and kind.

The Pousada is a very short 5 min walk to the historical pedestrian center, yet easy to get in and out if one arrives by car. Very well maintained grounds, the room was comfortable, not much of bathroom toiletries provided. Nice breakfast with plentiful fruit. Good size pool.
