What a great experience! Tonn was quite accommodating (I had to come up to Provincetown last minute) and the room was very clean, cozy, and welcoming. I had a bit of trouble using the door code upon my arrival, and Tonn quickly helped me resolve the situation, and I was in my room in no time. The location is, of course, spectacular; right across from the Portuguese Bakery and in the middle of town, I could easily access everything I needed. The parking situation in PTown, as a long time New Yorker, is quite strange, so expect to move your car each day, though thats not Tonn's fault, in fact he has plenty of resources on his website with best ways to park in Ptown. A great experience, and very reasonably priced!

Lotus is very conveniently located if you like to be in the middle of town, near bars, ice cream, and parking. The carpet in my room was soaked during my stay and I could smell mold. However as this was more of a business trip, I worked with it and didn't file any complaints. The positives outweighed any negatives.

Don’t love sharing a bathroom. And I wish they had Parking. But We were able to pay $20 a day for parking which wasn’t bad. Bed was comfortable.

The location is great....middle of the action:). It seems a bit pricey, but again, the location is good for walking anywhere. The carpet in my room needs stretching to make it lay flat. There were umbrellas available, which was a nice touch.

Fantastic location right downtown - but unless you have a room right on the street pretty quiet. Charming, quiet little garden behind with sauna and wood hot tub - perfect for morning coffee. Smalll room but big comfy bed, fancy toiletries. Cleaning staff very accommodating if anything needed. An old but charming building. Would book again.

Trip was great. Access to the beach would be great. Currently there is construction so maybe in the near future. Just a few hooks in the bathroom would be great. But other than that. No complaints. Great stay, comfy bed, great view, great access to commercial st. We loved it.

We love the creative space and the time to come and venture down to Provincetown off-season. It was rainy during our stay, and the complementary umbrellas to get us out and about were such a nice touch! It would be nice if they made it known that the sauna and hot tub were not open during the off-season, other than that it was comfortable and cozy- great stay overall!

I liked how the doors were coded, easy in and out! I was a little scared at first to open doors to find bedroom from the Living room. But our neighbor from Colorado helped us out and found it quick! LoL ( Had an incident in Iceland where we ended up walking in on sleeping people. So still scarred to say the least!) Loved how bright, clean and set up this Deluxe Room was! It was exactly what I needed to reconnect with my Love. It’s convenient to all local area, docks, parking and ocean. As well as restaurants and shops! Would absolutely stay here again!

I didnt like that they had no front desk. You cant check in without a 4 digit code for the door. Was suppose to get sent day before and didnt. Room was right on commercial st and they pick up the recycling super early like 5am so all you hear is glass smashing. Person next door came in so drunk he was falling down so alot of commotion going on late outside of our door. Another guy slipped us his number from under the door for a 3 sum with us. Not really worth the aggravation beforehand to stay here. Im surprised they didnt need my social security number to stay here. They do ask for a selfie and a picture of your license front and back. Couldn't control the AC and it was really warm in the room.

Amazing location right in the middle of town and on the harbor. Better view than expected… great vantage point. Cheap renovation with thin walls but a nice amount of space in room 4. Room 4 has a deck, harbor view and sleeping loft.

We were there St Patrick’s Day weekend and got a room with a private bath. Parked on the street right in front of the hotel. Walked to 1620 Brew House for happy hour (half price drinks & apps) and hung out with very friendly locals. Perfect location - would definitely stay here again!!
