We stayed for 3 nights in adjoining apartments because we had our 2 teenage daughters with us. Absolutely loved our stay, brilliant from check in to check out. Everything was wonderful and would definitely stay again. Great location, facilities and staff were so helpful and friendly.

English below↓ スタッフの方は親切な方が多く快適に過ごすことができました。朝ごはんは会場の雰囲気がよくとても美味しかったです。メニューが毎日ほぼ同じだった点は残念でした。ただ、・息子分も含めて3名分で追加料金も払って予約しているのに、タオルは2セット分しかなく、お願いしても次の日にはまた2セット分しか置いておらず...毎日電話でお願いする必要があり面倒でした。他のホテルでは2日目以降は3セットの準備に変更になっている経験があったので残念でした・ホテルの送迎サービスを予約したのですが、車内がタバコ臭くとても残念でした。タバコの臭いが気になる方は事前にお願いした方が良さそうです。・プールの水は濁っていて清潔そうではなかったので子連れの方は要注意です！ English↓ --- The staff were generally kind, and we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious, but it was a bit disappointing that the menu was almost the same every day. However, there were a few issues: - Even though we paid extra for a reservation for three people, including our son, only two sets of towels were provided. Even when we requested more, only two sets were left again the next day, and we had to call every day to request an extra set, which was inconvenient. At other hotels, the number of towels was adjusted to match the number of guests after the first day, so this was disappointing. - We reserved the hotel’s shuttle service, but the car smelled of tobacco, which was very unpleasant. If you are sensitive to cigarette smells, it’s probably best to make a request in advance. - The pool water was cloudy and didn’t seem very clean, so families with children should be cautious! ---

Bel Marina was an absolute pleasure to stay at. The staff were friendly and personable. The room was spacious and well appointed. Everything you need was within arms reach. Some real food gems are all within walking distance. Fantastic place to stay we will return

Stayed here w/ my family of 5. We got 2 rooms that were connecting on the 1st floor. It was perfect. The pool was great for adults and kids. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice and quiet area in Hoi An. The only con was the walls are thin and you can hear everything. But we would stay there again.

This was our third time at this resort and the previous stay was just prior to COVID. This resort has expanded and we stayed in the new wing which was gorgeous and as we were on the 7th floor we were right near the rooftop pool, which I used every morning. Some of the staff remembered us from our previous stay which was nice. We received a very warm welcome on our arrival and outstanding service for the entire stay. All staff were exceptionally friendly and the guys manning the pool went over and beyond. It was my sister's birthday during our stay and reception organised a cup cake and candle and we all sang Happy Birthday during breakfast which was so nice. Adding to this, the cleaning staff put a happy birthday message made from flowers and towels in the shape of a cake on the bed. Location is superb, massage and laundry across the road at very good prices. Old town just down the road and we used the bicycles a couple of times during our stay which was fun. We caught the shuttle bus to the beach most days and stayed there for a couple of hours. Thanks for such a nice experience and look forward to returning in 2025!

For most parts, it was a great resort. The location, the room, the pools and the service (in most parts of the resort) were great. The restaurant however was quite average with regards to both food quality and service. It wasn't really bad, but there were far better restaurants around.

Amazing!!! Would highly recommend. The service is second to none. And the breakfast is to die for. Sooo many options and delicious. Definitely stay here if you get the chance. I’ll definitely be back. Hein (?), one of the bellboys, was so lovely and made our day every time we walked past but honestly every staff member was amazing.

Hoi An does not have 5 star hotels so this is about as nice a property as you will find. Great rooftop pool. Very robust breakfast buffet. Great AC and nice clean rooms. This is not the Dalat Palace Heritage Hotel, but it is very nice. Good location as well.

Greeted on our arrival with great courtesy and friendliness, our stay was magnificent. we stayed for six nights and were rewarded not only with being recognised by many staff, but also by several worthwhile discounts. Staff could not do enough for us even saving shady spots for us at poolside!

First time at this hotel as wanted to be in centre of town this time .. location couldn’t be better ! An oasis in the busy ancient town !! Having previously stayed at the La siesta which is true 5 star luxury .. I would say the bel marina is a very good 4 star property !! The one thing that makes the place stand out is the staff esp King on the door !!!

The air conditioner is old, so it cools down quickly. And the breakfast doesn't taste good. The new building is more tasteless. I'm very satisfied with the rest, with all the others. I'd like to visit again when I go to Hoi An.

Stayed for 3 nights in all ( 2 separate bookings). Check in was disappointing as they had not connected the bookings which meant they insisted that we had to check out after two days - store our bags and then be allocated an alternative room after 2pm. We were even told the room number of the room for our 3 night. They would not compromise as they said they were busy/full. I was visibly distressed as we would now have to organise and manage the disruption on a day we were leaving early for a planned trip. We enjoyed the room ( has a balcony but no chairs). Toilet behind a clear/etched glass shower door which was odd. When we packed early and checked out - we were told we could stay in our room however no effort (email, note etc) was made to let us know. This was really frustrating. We spoke to management on our return from our trip and they listened and said we would get some feedback - this never happened- despite us enquiring at reception. This really clouded our stay in what is a lovely hotel. Took the shine off our stay - waisting our time in what we thought would have been a restful period. Early rising to organise our suitcases was not what we had anticipated

This hotel, went completely over my expectations. It is about a 15 minute walk away from the market in Hoi An, and it's a super easy walk. The hotels facilities were great as well. Finally the staff were super helpful and informative, giving me directions and help.

Bel Marina Hoi Ăn was the best stay I’ve had in my entire visit to Vietnam! The location was great, it was very walkable into the town, less than 15 mins. But if you didn’t want to walk they provided you with bikes and also had the option to call a cable car for you. The staff was very kind and helpful. The property was beautiful and very relaxing. The spa was so convenient and was a great addition to our stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay very much and wished we could have extended it. Bel Marina was definitely a highlight of our trip and they will have returning guests if we visit Hoi An again.

Location is amazing and the resort was beautiful. Staff were great and the room was amazing and big. Would definitely stay here again. It had everything we wanted from a resort and more and couldn’t have been a better location to see the best of Hoi An 😊
