It was likely the prettiest Residence Inn I have ever stayed at given it was a beautiful designed restoration of and old steel factory building with beautiful old wooden beams throughout, with a seating area on the main floor that rose five flights with the old subway tiles and steel crosswalks above. Rooms were quiet. Great functional kitchen.

The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are very clean and updated. My only complaint would be that you can hear your neighbors. Our neighbor coughed all night and kept me up.

We had an issue with the noise from the room above us and the staff handled well. Excellent Breakfast and customer service. Thank you!

The accomodations were spacious, nice to have a full size living room and kitchen area. Front desk staff was outstanding, so nice to come in and have such a friendly greeting. Great location, would definitely return here!

Beautiful hotel , everyone was so nice and helpful … just a couple of suggestion : change the sofa bed , it was very much uncomfortable and please vary the selections of the breakfast .. it was everyday the same … other than that .. I really enjoyed my 6 days stays too much

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was better than what I've come to expect. My room was very large and interesting in that it made good use of the unique architecture of the building. Many nearby restaurants and close to public transportation.

The rooms were huge and spacious, enough for a family of four. But the staff who checked us in didn’t seem to know what she was doing. And the senior staff she was with took her time in helping her. I get that she might have been training the girl checking us in but she should have considered us first. It was late and we were tired and didn’t care much to be kept waiting.
Housekeeping also didn’t come to clean our room.

Night at The Grand for a friends bday and this was a great location within walking distance to pregame, get ready, and crash after. Recommended

The historic building made the trip so much more interesting and enjoyable. The renovation showcased beautiful elements of its construction and each space was unique. It was by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Boston.

Amazing hotel and unbelievable value. Parking is next door in a garage and free. Staff were very polite. Decor is great. Lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Had a dishwasher, microwave and electric stove. Plenty of room in the studio. Free excellent breakfast. I would definitely go back
