Spacious, clean motel room with a view over Mount Warning, but you could hear the guests voices in the adjoining room and the traffic from the road outside.

A clean and well set room with a beautiful view, the motel and surrounds were very clean and it was well priced. The staff were friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

The property was in walking distance to the town centre. However it is situated on a busy intersection. The family room was old, smelt musty. The second bedroom had no windows, which could be a fire hazard. A pipe in the bathroom was leaking and had obviously been leaking for quite a while as it was very rusty.The leak was coming from a room above through the pipe and onto the floor. The refrigerator wasn't working. The overall upkeep and maintenance was lacking. I travelled with family and we all agreed we wouldn't stay there again.

The conditions of the room were terrible, it looks like it's falling apart. I guess that there are not a lot of options to stay in that town, so it's that hotel or nothing else. The sheets look clean, but I was afraid to walk on the carpet bear foot.

Older style motel, uphill from the Murwillumbah town centre. Our room (queen and single bed) was spacious with pleasant leafy views. The upper floor, accessed by stairs, would have even better views. Our room had a table and chairs. The wardrobe and a bench with microwave, hospitality tray, small frig, plates and cutlery were in a separate room. Vanity/sink was external to the small bathroom, with shower over bath. The room had a door onto an elevated, shared front veranda and another to the barbecue area at the rear of the motel. The décor is dated but the beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Our room was quiet, aircon worked well and our sleep was undisturbed. There is limited undercover parking under the motel and a larger open parking area at the rear.

Lovely, clean accommodation for its age, friend hosts, comfy bed, nice touch with in room tea, coffee, biscuits, fresh milk and bottle water. Only dislike, we had to park on the street due to trailers and several tenants taking up multiple car parks. Would stay again

We are a bit up and down about this motel, the room was fine with plenty of room but the main problem was the bathroom to find we had no light in there at all and the exhaust fan didn’t work either a top louvre was removed to supply ventilation a bit of a problem with children. The other issue was and a reason why we booked with them was breakfast bought to your room even though it’s still listed as a service online and in there in room service book when we asked for a order leaflet was told “we don’t do breakfast anymore”?? Left feeling the whole experience was bit ##**;:

Clean, tidy and spacious. Nice hot shower. Owner was also caring enough to make a phone call in the morning to warn us about road closures. Just check the radio before you go to bed....in case the alarm goes off early the next morning.

Good Motel when spending a few days exploring the area. Only a short drive to Brunswick Heads and the Tweed Coast. A short work into the main area of town which has plenty of cafes and restaurants. There is also a good Club and a number of pubs close by.

You get what you pay for. The motel room was very basic and dated. However the price reflects this and the motel is in a good location to town. I recommend it as a budget motel. The bed was comfy and we had a good sleep with no noise.

Murwillimbah is located in the beautiful Tweed Valley. This motel is on top of a hill in the centre of town. Short walk to nice cafes and supermarket. Sat on verandah every morning looking at Mt Warning. Lovely drives through green rolling hills and rainforest to nearby towns which also have nice cafes. 20 minute drive to Gold Coast. Motel has comfortable beds and is clean and serviced daily. Bathroom is tired but clean with good hot water. BBQ and outdoor seating available for use.

The man at check in was pretty nice and welcoming, the pool looked pretty run down with a bunch of unused item stacked in a corner. The room itself was roomy and comfortabl but it did lack a door on one room and the other wouldn't close properly, the main bedroom ensuit was very cramped to maneuver with the basin only leaving you 35cm to get past to the shower from the toilet, you have to either dry in the shower or bedroom (where the door doesn't close properly). Aside from that, it had fans throughout and AC in both rooms which alowed me to have an amazing sleep still.

We booked the room so we could get up early and climb Mt Warning.The room was very cheap ($125) for the night and was perfect for a place to stay before climbing very early the next morning. We arrived late at night after work and they left the key in the room for us and we were also able to leave the key in the room the next morning so made it super easy to stay and leave (we paid online beforehand). The room was extremely clean considering it was a older hotel. The beds are comfy and they even had the aircon running for us for when we arrived plus a free yummy Byron bay cookie and bottles of water in the fridge . We would stay there again if climbing Mt Warning again.
