Nothing personal-no reception staff! Cleaning chemicals extremely strong; and floor still felt dirty/gritty! - had to leave door open for an hour or more! Late night & early morning noise 3am so bloody loud. Sounded like a group of men packing up & didn’t care how loud they were. Not impressed!!!!

The little unit was very cosy for me and my son's It's was warm and clean and the staff were very helpful. And it is was also very convenient for a short walk into the venue we attended.

Room was comfortable for an overnight stay but there was a lot of dust on the fan above the bed which was offputting. Also there was some mould in the bathroom. The bed was firm, cups etc clean, the shower warm with plenty of water, clean fluffy towels, a microwave and a short walk to buy dinner at the RSL. Easily found after leaving the main highway north and easy parking.

The room was a reasonable size, the bathroom clean with fluffy white towels, handtowel, bathmat and washers. The bed was firm and comfortable and the pillows good. It was an easy walk to the local RSL where a good meal was purchased at a reasonale price. Tea, coffee and biscuits were provided. There was some mould in the bathroom, dirty fans and gritty floors. Overall the room was comfortable for an overnight stay but with a little extra cleaning I would give it a higher score.

Basic motel that provided everything we need for a 1 night stay. No one at reception on arrival, but a quick phone call sorted out our room key. Motel is a short flat walk to the main street to cafes & restaurants. Adequate parking is available onsite. Bed was comfortable & had the best night sleep in a while as a result. Check out was easy, drop the key in the box & leave.

I liked they provided microwave toaster crockery cutlery. Its very old and dark in the room. Very noisy due to traffic. No where pleasant to sit outside. The internet was not availiable

There was no staff to help us check in at 2pm and no check in instructions sent to us, the rooms were extremely out dated and the lounge was so grubby. For the price we paid it was not what we were expecting!

Front desk was not 24hrs. If you want to be kept up all night with drug deals and 8 guest coming and going all night next door and midnight ?stolen bike shady dealings. Bathroom/toilet door did not close. Dining table was broken. Upside it was clean, had undercover parking and was walking distace into Ballina.

Property was ok Do not take room 5 right next to the under cover car park. It is extremely noisy at night when people arriving People arrived 11 and made a huge noise. Woke us up. Terrible

The only positive was that the room was clean. Otherwise, there was no service with the Reception closed, windows were insecure, maintenance is lacking. There is quite a lot of traffic noise from the street. Overall, low value.
