The room offered all the necessities, was very clean, and comfortable. Check-in was super fast and efficient. There are several eating establishments within walking distance. After midnight the people in the next room got very loud and obnoxious keeping us awake. I called the desk about 2:15am and asked that they be contacted to quiet down. The response was immediate. Within 20 minutes the police had removed the offending guests from the property. (As we suspected there were illegal activities taking place.) In the morning the owner apologized and offered a refund of our payment. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This was our third time staying at this hotel under this name (we stayed once before when it was under different ownership), and it will absolutely be our LAST! While this was never the nicest of hotels, it was at least passible for a couple nights while in town visiting family. However, this stay was awful. The check-in was via a kiosk without an actual human being present in the office. This impersonal process really put us off from the very start. Then, when we got to the room we found that there was a dirt stain on our bedsheet (in a very clear and visible location). Additionally the curtains weren't even long enough to fully close over the windows and block out all of the lights. There was no garbage bag in the garbage can nor a bag for the ice container. These problems all add onto the other general issues with the hotel such as poor parking, sub-par mattresses, noise, etc. I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Check in via the kiosk was an unpleasant experience. Attend was professional, however, the system was awkward and time consuming.

It was the oddest check-in we'd experienced, talking to a man on a kiosk screen without a live person in sight. The kiosk handled all checks-ins, even when the very gracious front desk clerk was there. We had one bath towel for two people, and a phone call and email didn't solve the problem so we were glad to arrive back at the motel and see a human being in the office. It's about half a block from Division St., which apparently hosts the weekend meetings of the Noisy Car Club. Still, the bed was comfortable and by midnight we were able to sleep. Dreams of a hot shower melted away in the lukewarm water, and the hairdryer was equally lukewarm. When we returned to our room the second night we discovered the kiosk man had only programmed our key cards for one night. We were thankful the very kind human being was in the office. He offered cookies and popcorn while he programmed our key cards.

Property is clean and the rooms are nicely sized. Building is very cheaply built so could hear the people walking in the room above us and also noise from the street. Neighborhood is a bit ghetto. The to-go breakfast was quite nice.

The hotel is a great option for the price in the area. We have stayed there several times now when we come for the tournaments. Convenient location, grocery stores in the area, other shopping options. Easy access to Whitworth University. The rooms are clean, but it does get noise with the main road near by and the traffic moving all night.

Would not recommend this hotel. Broken dead bolt on door. Faucet was broke. The night desk clerk was friendly and professional. The lady at the desk in the morning was rude, made you feel like you were begging for the disgusting sack breakfast. And fyi frozen breakfast sandwiches need to be kept frozen, not in a bag thawing on a counter.

We got this property because of the location, low price and the fact that it had a pool. Although the pool was running, the door to it was locked and the staff said there was a licensing problem. Having a working pool would have made our stay much better!

Need to watch for the small concrete curb (two feet long) in the midde of the entrance driveway. It really needs to be removed! Check-in was quick. Room was large. Evident the room (and the property) had been, or was going through, updates and renovations. Hotel's wifi has no password. Bed was comfortable, but pillows were thin. Ran bathroom water in sink and shower for several minutes and never got hot water. Checkout was drop card key and go. Rate was more than reasonable.

Online check in have an issue. I open the case under wyndham hotel. Property charge me tripal than my original booking from Expedia. I also don’t used Expedia in future hotel booking. Because this issue Expedia not helping to resolve the issue.

Very convenient location for getting to different parts Spokane. Very well maintained. Two restaurants, Jimmy Johns and Dairy Queen within three blocks walking distance. The hotel is in the busy business district of Spokane's main drag, Division Street, but is just far enough away from Division St that the street noise is not noticeable. Hotel team members were courteous and helpful without being annoying - in particular, I appreciate the maids for asking if I wanted change of towels, etc rather than simply barging in. All in all a good place to stay and I will be returning to "HoJos" on my next trip to Spokane. :-)
