This was perfect for our stay. The service there was so hospitable. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was a little hard, but that’s just my taste. The hotel is centrally located and surrounded by places to eat. We enjoyed our stay there.

Overall stay was good but the bed was super uncomfortable and the shower was a little old and dated. Great breakfast and excellent service. And for anyone wondering the indoor pool is small.

There was a syrup smell from the beginning. We bought Lysol and airfreshsener. It never helped as everytime we would return, smell was just as strong. Discovered on day 3 carpet was soaked by ac unit. Called front desk to report it. Was not asking to change rooms as at that point we had 1 night left. They took note but did not offer to come and look at it. Upon check out, mentioned again to front desk that they should get that looked at and fixed before next group stays. Lady at front stated she was not aware. Although she appeared to take notes, it didn't seem they were too worried about it.

Our room is beautiful hallways are nice. But the elevator seemed like it was struggling so we took the stairs and there was a trail of blood a lot of it which has us nervous to be here.

I appreciate the attention to detail that the front desk lady had with us. She was open to listen to any requests and questions we had and was mega polite the whole time.
The hotel is nice and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Everything feels very clean.

The hotel is newer and has a great lobby and room layout. Loved the oversized closet and sitting area. The mattresses were well worn and really need to be replaced. Also our room was in need of some cosmetic repairs in the bathroom (broken floor tile, damaged drywall). The indoor pool was a great feature in the winter.

The hotel was not very clean hall i was on smelled like wet dog my door handle had been like kick in not all the lights in room work beds were not comfortable breakfast was ok not the best the kady working the breakfast was very nice the lady at front desk was nice

Staff members were friendly and breakfast was great, but the room was not clean. The sheet was stained, the shower and sink had mold and slime.

Overall, a very clean and quiet place. Good breakfast. Only one issue. As soon as we checked into room I noticed dead bolt did not work. I reported within the hour of checking in. Issue was never addressed. I reported it again at checkout. Other than that, no complaints.

There was no heat in the room . Setting was turned on to 85 degrees but no heat . Temperature outside was in forties

This location was perfect for me and my children. We felt safe and had a wonderful time. Great breakfast awesome time in the pool the room was beautiful. We had a great day.

The rooms are very nice but the bathroom is AWESOME! Fast check in and out. Bed was comfortable and the A/C worked great. No odd smells here either! Highly recommend for solo travel or family trips.

I spent the weekend in Corpus Christi.
The staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and the ladies working the breakfast service were all excellent from the moment we walked in the front door until we checked out.
The hotel was spotless, pricing was great and the continental breakfast was good. I will definitely return to Springhill Suites!

Room design not the best for families or anyone desiring privacy, with sliding glass door from bedroom to bathroom.

Exceptional place to stay. When we walked in, and it smelled so clean. The room was very spacious and very beautiful. I was extremely satisfied with our stay. From now on, I will look for Springhill everywhere I go. Breakfast was great. Location was great! Everything about it was awesome.
