The girl at the reception during check-in was very kind and provided all required information I needed. Barista at lobby bar also was friendly and helped me with teapot which was needed for my daughter treatment.

Great hotel in our favorite part of Jurmala.
Rooms are on the smaller side but have everything you need (had to ask to get a kettle though). For some reason they are using shower gel in shower-gel-type tubes as hand wash - inconvenient.
Good variety at the buffet breakfast but not much variety day-to-day.
Parking on the premises is hard to get in high season (and the "coin" system is weird) but enough street parking options around the hotel (watch out for parking forbidden signs though).

Extremely small room. Had mosquitoes in my room, and encountered mosquitoes in the dining area for both breakfast and dinner. Limited non Latvian choices on TV in room.

Fantastic hotel in absolutely stunning location. 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurant, cafe. The hotel has all the amenities that make your vacation ultra comfortable and enjoyable: spas, pools, saunas, restaurants. You may stay inside the hotel and not even go out and you will receive the full spectrum of entertainment and you will enjoy it immensely. Greatly recommend and will be sure to return back.

The hotel was top of the art, extremely well maintained and pleasurable. A short walking distance, via pine forest protecting the environment, to the 50 kilometer long beach with finest sand in the world (we've been to many beaches from Asia to America) - and the beach is not crowded like Long Island, Hamptons or Simosa Beach. Like you own Business Class trip to a World Class beach! So this hotel is perfectly located.
The hotel also has an inside pool, hot tub and kids pool, which were well-attended during August holidays. Outside pool was nice and not too crowded since the hotel is perfectly sized, not too large. Small minus for the fact that pool bar was always closed. I want my frozen margaritas by the pool while watching kids.
However, there were a lot of Russian speakers in the hotel which at the time of travel ban and Ukraine war was surprising - so be ready to accept it if you stay here. It appeared many of them were not Latvian Russians either and acted with nomenklatura mentality. Fortunately not entitled rich kids with attitude since this is a safe, "boring" family locatinon.

Great hotel with an outdoor pool and a short stroll to the beach. Had to pay 15 euro per night extra for cot. Standard room was quite compact. Every room has a balcony, but the railings are quite low. Dinner was wonderful.

Strange experience at this hotel where they did not seem to have much experience with foreigners. The front desk was not that service-minded, it took a long time to find a parking spot, and not much help was provided to get into the parking lot which was not self-explanatory as everything was written in Latvian. The hotel seemed like a small time warp from older days for Latvians. The pool area is not as nice as the pictures show. The bar by the outdoor pool was closed even though the weather was beautiful. Also, we never managed to go to the sea even though it is very close by - couldn’t find the way. The hotel has many good facilities but we did not feel that comfortable and wouldn’t want to return.

Really nice hotel but only one lift was working and when we left this morning no lifts were working so we had to carry cases down from the 5th floor. Not ideal especially as i have mobility issues

Well it’s kinda new hotel in Latvia, not new but renewed! Anyway if we look back at couple of years ago, it was very nice and friendly staff, and service was great! This time it was at 0 level. Start with the family room located at 3 floor(when I asked highest possible) and no possibility to change, and ends with breakfast with 5 person, small table offered, and it was full till the time we left! Waiters walk along several times, watch at our used plates and walk away! Sad to say, but there is no ideas what scan happen for me to come back. Two years ago it was competitive price, and maybe this could be some argument, but when you pay 145 eur for a night, and get a cold number with broken heater and dirty pillows, and there is no possibilities to change it… I have no words to say.

Jumala island there is a 2 euro charge.
Make sure you stop and pay it otherwise you have to drive back to pay. It would be nice if the hotel and local authority had an arrangement where it could be paid at the hotel

Great hotel, looks better in life than in pictures. The only issue is that elevators are slow, and often there is a wait to get on them. I used the stairs most of the time. Included breakfast was good. Great stay

Elevator is a big trouble. It takes almost forever to wait until it arrives, which is especially important if You live in the upper floors.
There is lack of tables in the restaurant during the breakfast, even though we came there quite early on 8:30. In result other people came to eat at our table - so it was not calm enjoyable breakfast time with family, it was eating in a silence with a strangers.
Last week when we stayed - situation was absolutely the same.

Excellent service delivered by the professional team of the hotel and wellness centre. Exceptional cleanliness. Delicious food at the high level standard. I even prolonged my stay, which was supposed to be quite short, but at the end decided to stay for a longer time and enjoy the excellent service.
The location is ideal, just a few meters from the beach, quite and beauriful. Shops, restaurants, publuc transport are all near within a walking distance from the hotel. Perfect stay in a perfect location!
The only drawback is the occupancy rate of the swimmimg pool in general, which is sometimes disadvantageous to the hotel guests. Should be at least an hour for the ones staying at the hotel, as well as splitting the pool lanes and providing some space for women and those slow ones.
This is the only item worth mentioning, the rest is just perfect, highly recommend.

Hotel manages to look as good as new. Management and staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is pet friendly, restaurant is nice and prices are adequate. The only downside is spa, which is smaller then number of guests. You have to book pool visit way in advance. Massage at SPA was great! Location is nice as well. All our family enjoyed the stay

Not a first time in that hotel - as always everything is good - location/staff/quality. Parking is free from 1 Oct till early spring, breakfast is very good, pool/sauna inside the hotels are excellent

Overall beautiful location and hotel. But ....
Staff needs to upgrade their hospitality.
Bathroom looks clean, but once you look closer can see that has been wiped off with wet towel and that's it.
4* hotel but in superior room the mattress of sofa bed was horrible. Really in 4* hotel???
They say due to Covid, they clean rooms only every 3 days, but ....
1) we have baby so it means nappies and aromas that comes with them....
2) in breakfast area are signed Face masks obligatory, but stuff allowed guest's walk without ....
Kinda logical?
3) Booked for 3 persons, but towels were only for only 2 persons. I get that we had baby, but doesn't he need his own set of towels???
Other comment what I think isn't great that you have to pay for parking, hmmm it doesn't costs arm and leg, but still...
Okay to the good part.
Hotel is fantastic for little travelers, we could enjoy breakfast as they have kids corner.
Outside they have playground.
Beach so near.
Location was and is fabulous.
