Some noises like creaking late night. Went away. Some faint motor noise. Maybe heater fan. Great store and animal viewing area. Even winter has some wildlife to view indoors. The log cabin architecture is amazing. Parking lot dim.

The rooms were very nice. The only thing is, it’s not very soundproof. You can hear the people in the next room talking.

The shower temperature was cold- it would not get hot.

Really nice place

We booked this room with high hopes after looking at photos on the website and the close proximity to the ski resorts. After checking into the room, it looked mostly nicely kept inside but there was an awful loud tapping, creaking sound that was occurring pretty regularly throughout the evening hours. Unfortunately, it continued throughout the very early morning hours becoming obnoxiously louder and more frequent to the point that it was impossible to fall asleep.. even turning the TV on did not drown out the loud, excruciating noises. We tried to contact the front office but no one was answering the phone. When we brought it up at the front desk at check out, they seemed very aware that it was an issue and were very nonchalant about the situation as they didn’t care at all. Very disappointed and we will obviously never stay here again nor would he ever recommend that anyone stay here that would like to sleep.

My wife and I have stayed here a few times now, and we've yet to be disappointed. The beds are actually comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the staff is super nice. Super close to 7 Springs as well

Such a unique space, attentive and interesting staff. Great value

The design was nice but the toilet seat was undersized for the toilet which made things awkward, and the bathroom fan was so loud I believe you would legally need hearing protection to be in that room for more than 15 mins

Unfortunately, the thermostat was not working and the room was at 81 degrees...very uncomfortable and the was some kind of dripping all night right above the bed.

We stayed in the Log Cabin Lodge for two nights when we were skiing in the Seven Springs Resort. The Lodge is very nice, clean, comfortable, with reasonable price, perfect for a ski vacation. It's about 8-9 miles' drive from the resort. The road is well maintained even in a heavy snow day so we didn't have any problem driving back and forth. When the snow was too heavy, we even drove back for a lunch break. Very convenient. We did not find good restaurants within 2 miles. However, some fast food chains are very close, including McDonald's and Dairy Queen (which provides excellent burgers.) The front desk staff are very nice and friendly. The Lodge does have a quiet rule after 10pm. However, the front desk is closed during the night so when some young guests kept making very loud noises till very late on Friday night, no one came out to force the rule.

Amazing rooms and zoo. Terrific staff. Very friendly and helpful. Truly awful, actually nonexistent, soundproofing.

Only issue was the tv service-picture kept freezing up! Kind of frustrating!

Rooms were really nice and themed. Bonus was the Living Zoo nextdoor. Staff was friendly and attentive. Will definitely stay there again.

Quiet, clean and comfortable

The room was amazing. It was basically a small efficiency apartment. With a small jacuzzi bathtub. Anice queen size bed. The only problem was the pillows were stiff. But the overall stay was wonderful.

Starting from check in to check out, our stay was magical. On check in there was a small kangaroo behind the counter being cared for by the attendant. His mother had been ill and he needed the special attention. We were allowed to pet him and who knew their fur was so soft!?! Our room has a vaulted ceiling and the entire room was clad in wood. The furniture is rustic and comfortable. The electric fireplace made the room cozy and warm. Overall, tremendous value and a truly memorable stay!

I should have specified a room on the ground floor. I fell when heading to the stairs and needed help to get up. Motion activated lights might have made things safer.

Unique! Two little irritants: slight knocking of the pipes and dim lighting made it difficult to find the room our first night.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was - it really looked like we were in a log cabin! Everything was clean and updated/modern, and the staff at the office was super friendly and helpful. The price for the value was definitely a deal. Plus we got a discount to the attached zoo, which was also a little hidden gem and very well maintained!

We stayed in the motel unit. First room had no heat. We moved to a room where the highway/truck noise was deafening. Third time the heating system was very messed up and it was stifling. We turned it off. Staff was extremely accommodating but clearly heating systems need to be checked and maintained.

Very Happy with our stay at Log Cabin Inn & Suites.room was clean comfortable. Only complaint was that are room was at end of building ,close to highway. If the place was fully booked I would not comment on this but there were only 5 units booked that night and I would have thought that we could have all been placed at the other end of the building where road noise would have been lessened.

First time staying here , and won’t be the last !
