What a wonderful spot. So quiet, so peaceful, fresh towels all day long, robust air conditioned rooms, well stocked kitchenette, delicious cold filtered water by the pool, and CRUSHED ICE from the ice maker. We can’t wait to come back and stay at this very clean property with these very accommodating hosts. Thank you so much guys!

Love the old ranch inn and are repeat customers but it has been awhile and Covid and new ownership has made some changes…there is no one in the office but a phone number to text should you need anything. Another change, there is no longer a poolside light breakfast for guests, a social opportunity we looked forward to in past. The summer heat was high but the misters were not active. The room was nice and I am sure we will return to the old ranch inn when in PS but it is a new old ranch regarding some services.

We really enjoyed our stay! While it was over 120F, the room was cool, clean, peaceful and conveniently located. The owners have gone through expense to keep the property looking and feeling fresh! The pool was nice and private. We also like that it is a smaller property so you feel like you’re guests at a friend’s home. We would definitely return and recommend staying here! Close to everything Palm Sprngs!!

We recently stayed at this property over the weekend and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere felt like a true escape/retreat, providing a very comfortable and intimate setting. Super cute property. I was contacted by the property almost immediately after booking with my checkin instructions. What a blessing from the mixup I had with a previous property the night before. My only regret was not booking longer, as one night did not allow proper time to enjoy the property.

Wonderful little inn. Great location, close to everything. Really nice pool area. They even supplied beach towels, floating mats and lounge chairs. We had a suite…very large with everything you could need. Bed super comfy. Lovely decor! Little sitting area outside our kitchenette. We felt safe in the neighborhood. We loved it!

This place is so tranquil, quiet and relaxing. It’s was exactly what we were looking for. The bird song each morning was a lovely wake up call. The accommodation is oldie worldie but well kept. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. It takes less than 5 mins to walk to the Main Street where there are many food options. The hotel has 2 town bikes that are free to use, a great way to nose around the neighbourhood. We had a lovely few days and would highly recommend this little gem.

Stayed in room #7 two steps to pool chairs 4 steps to pool, fire pit area with couch, and umbrella table. The room was spacious, king bed, full size fridge,Keurig, small sink, toaster, microwave,etc. Everything was immaculate, lots of flowers. If ever in Palm Springs this is where we will stay.

Easy walk to downtown (we were carless) and to restaurants. No comment on staff as there wasn't any while we were there -- more of an inn than a hotel in that way. Was comfy and clean and if you wanted to stay for awhile there is a small kitchen with dishes for 2, kettle, toaster etc so you could bring your own food in if you wanted - especially for breakfast as a lot of places didn't open until 9am for breakfast service

Great place to stay. Rooms are clean and have everything you want for a fabulous holiday. Love that you can step out of your room into the pool. Owners are lovely and great to deal with. This is our must stay place in Palm Springs.
