Ideal place to stay when visiting San Francisco. Good price, friendly staff (Mira) who gives you all the info you want. Take the bus (close to the motel) to Pier 39 in less than a hour. Supermarket also nearby! You can park your car inside for an extra 10$.

I clearly asked this girl if she can clean the room yesterday she says “it’s too late today it’ll be tomorrow.” The next day comes ROOM NOT CLEANED. I’ve been staying here for over a week. They don’t ask if you want the room cleaned and clearly don’t clean the room when you ask them. My issue is why waste my time and say it’ll be cleaned tomorrow for the room not to be cleaned. Then they give us a dirty sheet with red stuff smeared on it like the heck!

I have stayed at this motel several times now and this was the first time that I had to pay for parking and the internet didn’t work very well.

The people in the office are incredibly sweet and helpful, they were very accommodating and I love staying here. My only concern is that the floors could definitely be cleaner, they are usually sticky and dirty but other than that everything else is pretty clean. One of the rooms we were in did not have a screen on the window, which was concerning because somebody could step right inside my window from the street since the sidewalk is right along that window. Kind of scared me, and I couldn't open the window for fresh air because of it. Other than that, this is where we like to stay when we are in this part of town. Have stayed again and will stay again in the future.

If you're looking for an inexpensive, No Frills experience, this is a good place to go . There's almost no amenities , no pool no ice machine, limited parking and the building shows its age. But it is reasonably well maintained, The room was Tiny, but the bathroom was spacious, and everything was spotless as far as I could tell.

Tv didn’t work. She said stay or leave and get a refund only if you didn’t touch anything. I already used the bathroom and laid down trying to watch tv even I realized it didn’t work.

We booked Mylo hotel did not stay. We arrived at check in with no one at the desk. Called the number and they said they would be there in five minutes. 15 minutes later a girl arrived. I went to check in and she was rude, cursing asking me to wait outside. After waiting a while longer, she was still “too busy” to check us in. This hotel is located in a sketchy area, does not look safe and employees are disrespectful.

Really Bad&terrible service !!! The front desk even double charged me for deposits!! They charged me twice for 100 bucks each time, the front desk thought I didn’t know, until I asked her why she charged me 200 dollars for deposit,then she just pretended that it was just a mistake! !! They even charge for parking in the parking lot for extra 10 dollars after i paid my hotel fees!!

Although I was skeptical of the location and outer appearance of the property, I was impressed by the cleanliness and price. The only thing is there is no staff readily available for inquiries or checkout etc. However, I would book again in the near future.

I like this hotel because it’s cheap and close to the city. I know not to expect too much but at least have a receptionist on duty. When I was trying to check in, there was no receptionist, I had to call the property. When I did, 2 of them showed up, why couldn’t one stay in the front desk? Even during check out I was having trouble, no one in the reception desk and I called 3 times with no one answering. I had to get customer support from Expedia to deal with them for me. Again, it’s cheap and the room is pretty decent but not having a receptionist on duty is kind of absurd. I wasn’t coming in at weird times either, check in was afternoon and attempted check out was morning.

The room descriptions are incorrect as the queen bed is actually a double bed. The rooms had a pungent strong odor of cigarettes and was not clean. The shower had mold and the floors weren't cleaned/mopped. The service staff is very unprofessional and rude and discriminatory. They have a habit on of denying guests a parking spot on the premises, resulting in having to park half a mile away on some side street during your stay. I have found this to be a common theme among the other renters. The other individuals leave trash all over the place. There is also excessive noise from neighbors throughout the night and drug deals going on outside your door all day and night. -Dr. Luther

Staff incompetence: I was given keys to occupied room! Then my next room was right next to ice machine which was so loud! Plus my room smelled a little like smoke.

staff is pretty rude and although the rates are fairly cheap, it’s an additional fee just to be able to park on the property itself. (and it’s not exactly located somewhere where you want to park your car anywhere other than where you can see and hear it.) also parking on the property is pretty standard most other places also it’s an extra charge if you check out anytime after 10. it’s 20$ for 30 minutes and 30$ to check out at 11. decent enough place just take into account all of the separate fees

When we arrived the receptionist was not there and did not arrive until 30 min later. The area where the hotel is located felt un safe. Again when it was time for check out there was nobody at the reception area. Will not stay here again.

Quick getaway to a cooler clime. Successfully made reservations on Hotels.com thirty minutes before my arrival. Check-in was quick and easy. Front desk clerk was polite and professional. Bed and bedding was clean, comfortable and room had adequate appointments for the price of stay. Will definitely consider staying at this property in the future.

The room was fine the noise was loud. Very loud because of the 4 th of July. Ac cold😍 stayed 3 nights and it was a good sleep but noisy from the road. Had a coffee maker, fridge, microwave. We would stay again.

We were issued the wrong key card to our room twice- the first time we walked in on a couple in bed (luckily they had a sense of humor bc that situation could’ve been really bad- we were all incredibly embarrassed to say the least) the second card/ room issued was occupied with other customers luggage and personal items. When I returned to reception the second time, I was questioned on what room I was checking in to instead of an apology & then was made to prove that we didn’t imagine the bags as the receptionist was adamant the room was vacant… after she checked herself we waited further for a room (this whole process nearly taking a hour in total from the when we had actually arrived) which we were upgraded and finally received an apology too which was nice, but the whole experience left us feeling pretty uneasy about the same thing happening to us (other people walking in to our room when were there or not). This experience being topped off by the cleaners knocking on the door the next morning before 10am (check out being 11am!) waking us up in a startle. I hardly ever write negative reviews, but this experience was too unbelievable not to share to warn others before booking… maybe it was just our luck, but the fact it happened twice to us does not fill me with confidence that this doesn’t happen on a regular basis here.

Front desk staff were not available at the front desk. Would no answer calls. We're not present for check ins. Other guests will be lined up outside the office and there'll be no one to check them in. They were constantly off site. My wife and I were outside waiting to check in. The staff pulled up to the lot where we were standing and backed up without concern that we were standing there. We could've been hit. Room service was difficult to request, since they hardly answer the phone.
