Nice place but quite far away from main part of the city. Walls were so thin that you could hear everything from reception area downstairs. Guy at reception was a bit rude.

Don't let the non-central location put you off. It's a very clear and well cared hotel. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is awesome. My room is spacious and quite. The bed is very comfortable and huge. The restroom is a little small but gets the job done. There is a supermarket nearby, and many restaurants as well. I would highly recommend this hotel. The western standard room alone is good for me.

Right from the get-go when we were welcomed by the friendliness and professionalism of Dmitrii, who was on reception, we knew that this was going to be an enjoyable stay. The tea, coffee and tray bakes made available to us as we waited to check in was a nice touch, and Dmitrii’s ability to deal satisfactorily with our queries about the area and advice on what to do was exemplary. All hotels should have a Dmitrii on their staff: nothing was too much trouble to him. He really is a credit to the Futuro and his service with a smile cannot be faulted in any way. That’s no slight to Sergei and Ainagul, who were helpful in finalising our day’s outing and in arranging our taxi to the airport. I don’t think I’ve encountered staff so cheerfully customer-focused before, and they, together with the efforts of the cooking and cleaning staff, helped to make this possibly one of the very best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The rooms were clean with everything we needed; the breakfast was varied and delicious; and, in short, the facilities offered were second to none. All in all, the Futuro is a hard place to fault, and is definitely on our to-stay list when we return to Bishkek next year.

Pros: Very nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed and nice size room. Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and very responsive. Cons: air conditioner made some weird noises throughout the night. The hotel is pretty far from the city center.

Enjoyed my stay at Futuro. Stayed 4 nights. Clean and modern hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Location was a bit out of the way but I like walking so I got used to it. The supermarket right next door was really convenient though.

Every element of the stay was perfect, and especially the attitude of staff. They were truly attentive, caring, proactive in their desire to accommodate the needs and wishes. A very nice touch is 24h availability of tea/coffee and snacks. Breakfast was tasty and appropriately diverse for the size of the hotel. Really nothing negative or mediocre to point out. I wish big brand hotels would be like that. Relative remoteness from the city centre is easily compensated by the more affordable price than of the central hotels. And taxis are cheap and readily available.

Great small hotel, modern and bright. Very comfortable matrass, excellent service from the staff, friendly and efficient. It was so good that I extended my stay. Different items each day for breakfast, excellent bed quality, clean hotel and also a very well run hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Room was comfy, everything worked well, and the breakfast was way above average. Staff was super-friendly (one asked me if I wanted a coffee every time I came back from a day out.) Would stay again.

Этот отель как оазис в Бишкеке, в плане сервиса, удобства и компетентности персонала. Хороший и сытный завтрак. Я заказала 3 ночи с разных сайтов, поэтому не было бесплатного трансфера до аэропорта, но это не проблема. Единственный минус- расположение. Далеко от центра в частном секторе.

This is the a very nice hotel compare to many hotels in Bishkek. Every thinks clean, tide. Most there is staffs are very friendly and kind. And for breakfast food is fresh and different in every day. Overall I enjoyed in this hotel.

My review would be divided in 3 categories; Good Bad and Ugly Ugly 1. They were not prepared for the cold weather. For more than 36 hours there was no hot water and no pressure 2. The location is bit away from the main activity areas Bad 1. Size of room is not very big, but its a comfortable room

Great hotel. Only negative is the distance from the centre of Bishkek but they do everything they can to alleviate this with free transfers into the centre. I do highly recommend the Futuro though. Staff are great as are rooms and breakfast.

Very attentive staff. I arrived early in the morning along with another guest, and they did their best to check us in early. Very much appreciated. The breakfast has good options and all day coffee and snacks are available in the restaurant/cafeteria. Since they’re located a little out of the way, they provide free shuttle to/from the city center. That helped a lot. When I come back someday, I wouldn’t mind staying at this hotel again. Two thumbs up.

Wonderful hotel. The staff are so helpful. The breakfast is AMAZING. The hotel has coffee, tea, and baked goods available all day and night. The room is incredibly comfortable and spacious. Perfect place to stay in Bishkek.

This hotel is amazing, from the friendly staff very accommodating ,to the excellent food. Its so wonderful after an 18 hour flight to have a place that takes care all you needs. In fact upon our departure after a month of traveling this beautiful country, it was like coming home, they arrange our 3:30 am taxi to the airport and packed a breakfast for us.

This hotel is simply amazing! First, the staff are friendly and helpful - they arranged for a transfer from the airport to the hotel at a reasonable price of USD$10, prepared breakfast ahead for our early departure, explained everything that we needed to know in perfect English, and the manager was attentive to all our needs. Beyond the staff, the room is very clean, stylish and modern in design. Perhaps my only small issue is that for the lights for the toilet shines into the bedroom, which can be disturbing for a twin room. Otherwise, it would have made a perfect hotel to stay.

Courteous staffs. Nice, clean, bright room. They serve made to order omelet for breakfast and free coffee and tea if you go down to the cafe. It is a little further away from the city but you can always take a cab to the city centre.

We stayed for 2 nights at Futuro. The staff made us feel at home far away from home. The place is small modern boutique hotel. The facility is quite, clean, well designed. The staff will give you the best service you ever received with a smile! Breakfast is perfect and also the rest of the menu futuro offers. Overall the best place to stay in Bishkek! Highly recommended! Thanks again futuro!
