We wanted an all inclusive hotel for our holiday as we had younger children and wanted them to be able to try a variety of different foods. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The water park is small but doesn’t open until 10, so there’s no issue around sunbed hogging. The hotel has two pools. A large rectangular one at the front, with around ten beds, and another at the back with an island and snack bar. This one is where all the daytime entertainment is. Consequently, this area is loud and hectic throughout the day. So we spent our time between the water park and the quiet pool at the front. Much more peaceful, but no nearby access to snacks/drinks, so you do have to go back to the noisier pool for this. Food was good and varied each day, although it could be very busy at times. However, we had a wonderful time here. My only real criticism is the checking out procedure. You have to check out at 11 and at this point they cut off your wristbands and tell you that access to the all inclusive food/drink is off. I have not come across this before and feel it was very mean-spirited, given that nobody really gets a full 1st day anyway, and it would only be until we were collected to go to the airport, and that everyone there has paid a not-insignificant amount of money to be there in the first place. Other than that, it is a lovely little hotel in a lovely part of the world.

Food was ok, nothing special. Pools were nice but would have been great with older children. Pool water was clean and warm. Not enough sun beds.
Room needed to be updated and the bed was horribly hard and hurt to sleep in. Pillows were comfortable, room was spacious and air conditioning worked well! Small fridge in the room was nice. We had a bath tub and when we emptied it after using it, it spilled smelly water from the floor drain and there was no way to clean it by ourselves.
Biggest problem was the understaffing. There was usually only one person catering the pool bar and lobby bar which meant very long waiting times. In the restaurant there were also too few people and they were working really hard but oftentimes utensils and glasses were out. Also there were very few options on drinks included in the all inclusive, for example only three different cocktails. The sodas were some knockout brands and were usually off with having too much or too little syrup or no bubbles.

Hotel and staff were lovely. Though found there are things I wish I was made aware of. We arrived late 11pm on Sunday. I knew there would be now all inclusive open, so gladly paid at the bar for drinks. On the last day our all inclusive finished at 11am. Not great as we’re staying at the hotel to be collected for our 2350 flight. Feel like I lost 2 days of all inclusive. We left the hotel in such of food and drinks. That was a trip into Rhodes centre. We went back to the hotel to shower and get ready to be transferred to the airport. Cost 48€ to keep room for a few more hours.

Loved the staff. From the cleaners to bar staff to entertainers, everyone was wonderful.
Food was all buffet and not exactly delicious but totally fine. Restaurants are in walking distance. It is not a luxury resort, but the lower price reflects this.
It's very much a family resort. We were basically the only couple there.Wouldn't recommend going unless you have kids. Loads of family friendly activities.
Overall we had a great time.

Food: Good, maeby abit repetitive on a long haul. Chicken etc. occasionally a tad overdone, but not bad by any means. Drinks: whitewine surprisingly good and beer was ok also. Drinks basic all inclusive. Overall cleaness was good and place was child friendly. For the price I can recommend. Had two small children on the trip and everything went good.

We stayed 5 days in the family room in the main building. The hotel provides free parking. That was great. The pools and the water park are nice. The water park opening hours are from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. It could be open longer. The food was ok but there could be more choice. Staff was nice and in general helpful except the reception. The receptionists were unpleasant with stony faces. I can't say they were much helpful at all.
We stayed at the first floor in the main building and the lift wasn't working properly during 3 days. We had to take the pushchair up and down the stairs every day.
There were the electricity cables coming out of the wall in the bathroom and in the room. I don't know if this was under the electricity or not but it can be dangerous for the children. We had two small children.
The beach was about 10-15 minutes walking distance. I personally liked the beach but it might not be the right choice for the children because the water is little bit wild and it's a pebble beach (not sandy).

This hotel is gorgeous, much better than I expected. The entryway and lobby give the feeling of a luxury resort. The included breakfast and additional all-inclusive option were great. My room was on the third floor and had a wrap-around balcony with views of both the mountains and the Aegean. My only complaint is the beds. The mattress was rock hard and the pillows arent great. If you have back or neck problems, I would bring your own pillows or request a mattress pad if possible.

I had a great discount, so price for the value was excellent. Accommodation inside is a little bit old. The waterpools water is cold. Breakfast is same everyday, no much to choose. The beach in the nearest point to the hotel is not well organizrled, just like a abandoned, but that was a biginning of season. Animation is ok. Other things are great.

Loved the animation team at the resort. However, the resort was very untidy. Construction was going on while it was open and the hrs of operation were horrible.

we waited for a long time for our room, they were so slow to clean it up and it seemed the coordination between service members was so week and the lady at the reception tried to ignore this inconvenience and started to pay attention to other customers' needs and made us wait in the queue. When it was our turn, she behaved as if it was the first time we came to her with the problem while our problem needed immediate attention...The buffet was small and we had no olives or cheese which are usually expected in a breakfast menu so we bought things to eat from a nearby kiosk. It was the last morning and my husband went to the buffet to bring some boiled eggs-it was the only thing we took from the buffet during our stay- but my husband told me some hotel waiters stopped him in the fashion of policeman catching a thief stealing something, saying that they had a new rule and wanted to make sure that our stay included breakfast???What a shame! They were so rude in treating the customers and disorganised in the way how they informed each other about the rules they themselves set.We were so angry and checked out before the due time and went to the reception and saw this "soorrryy darrrrlingg!!" lady again!! And she ignored the problem with her soorrryy darlingggg style and justified herself by saying that it is the waiters' fault not hers!!! she tired to get rid of her responsibility by excluding herself as if she wasnt working there!!

Hotel good except that the cleaning was done early evening as one was preparing to go out for the evening. feel this should have been done during the day when one is out.
