Very nice hotel in a lovely setting. It's in transition. A new owner just bought it. There are some things that are a little shop worn, but I expect they'll be spiffed up in the next year. Overall, a great experience!

The room was spacious and clean. The service was gracious. The view was spectacular. The problem that was encountered was my inability to turn up the heat and due to renovations the fireplace was not working. The grounds were lovely.

Nice location by the lake, nice to have hot tubs and a swimming pool in the garden. The staff were incredibly unhelpful, they might as well not have been there. Room was pretty modern but very tight so there was no space to put bags and other things.

I stayed 2 nights with my children, room was OK even if it’s tiny and not up to date but bathroom really needs work.
Outdoor areas are really nice and mini spa as well. Breakfast was bad and with just few options and the first morning they were short of croissants and they didn’t have any other bread or something. No other options for lunch or dinner, you need to go to the town to find something to eat and everything close early.

Did not stay. Checked in but left at 10pm. for personal reason. Bar and restaurant were closed during this peak vacation period!

In my opinion it's a bit overpriced for what it offers. The "included" breakfast is not even continental, does not have toasts just small pastries and some fruits. I would not recommend it... would not go back.

While the physical aspects of the property could use some work, nothing major, the place was very clean, welcoming, bright & the staff were friendly but not bothersome. I loved the easy access to the thermal experience, although more information about this would be helpful for guests. My biggest complaint is the lack of details available online & onsite regarding - the thermal experience, check out, opting out of room cleaning, breakfast & internet access. All of these questions were easily answered by the nice lady at the counter but I would prefer having them somewhere I could easily find without having to go ask.
We got the most basic room, 2 double beds on the ground floor. It’s quite small & the bathroom is very small. We didn’t have any issues but someone that is larger or has a lot of things may want a larger room.
Having the 2 hot tubs, a dry & wet sauna, the regular pool & the spa showers all right there & available all day, for no extra cost was awesome! (I do wish there was better/any information regarding the hot tub use..if I had been alone I wouldn’t have been able to open it & close it. But also, maybe it’s okay to leave it open…not sure since there were no instructions.) Either way it was super nice after hiking all day. The view includes a wildlife refuge marsh.
And across the street you can catch a beautiful sunset on the lake.

The restaurant was closed. The pool was not open until our last day. The porch light did not work. The shampoo in the shower was in some contraption that made it impossible to use.

The installation near by the lake wasn’t clean and not friendly for a stay!

The staff was excellent and parking was easy.
However, the restaurant was closed and we were not contacted to announce this (there are no restaurants in walking distance), the fireplace was not working, bad toilet flushing, the breakfast ran out of plates and no cereal, broken lamp, TV too small and less channels than advertised.

The hotel was clean but the rooms are very basic and univiting. The grounds around the hotel are overgrown and not kept up. The breakfast was sparse, basically croissants and hard boiled eggs. No tea, only coffee. Since there don't seem to be many choices in the area, the hotel is fine fore a night.
