The rooms had a horrible stale smoke smell.

The room was disgusting. Dirty stained sink crap on the outside of toilet bowl. Got out of shower and my feet had black stuff all over them before I made it to the bed to put on socks. Shady people walking around. Had 4 people in our group, room had 2 towels and one washcloth. Asked for more twice. Asked for extra pillows they only had 3. The door did not seal well and rooms don’t have a hair dryer. Person on top floor walked all over like a horse and we were told we were in a quiet spot but heard everything. Other than the person I spoke with on phone with reservation they all had little to no personality. Spend the extra money and go some else.

First room I checked into the door wasn’t locked the room wasn’t clean, tv on, no clean towels, floor dirty, toilet wasn’t flushed, They did move me to another room but didn’t change my information of being in that room and someone tired to walk into my room.

Minus police activity upon check in & noisy kids horse playing next door it was a very good stay overall

Excellent service, friendly staff rooms were very clean and stocked. Overslept a little, it was not a problem; checked out a few minutes late, they never said one word except safe travels.

I booked this room for a homeless woman. Do to know fault of her own she and her children were removed from the property by the police and I haven’t received a refund.

Its affordable and not disgusting. But the noise of the interstate can make it hard to get a decent nights sleep. They have food but its packaged microwavable food thats overpriced. Not a terrible place to stay but i wouldnt spend a vacation there.

A little gross sticky floors but cheap enough. Fridge didnt work.

Easy, convenient location. Lost AC power due to a storm but you can’t blame the staff for that. Walls were kinda thin (or I just had very loud neighbors) but I would def stay here again for a quick weekend trip.

Bugs coming out of over flow in sink, finger/toe nail clippings in the bed, house keepers only deep clean once a week (per management), turned on tv and hard porn burned in it, overall hospitality sucked... both individuals at front desk that i spoke to about problems with my room seemed as it was an inconvenience to thwm and refused to do anything to make it right. Would not recommend to anyone unles you want to stay in filth and chance bringing home unwanted pests

The room was clean! The door frame let a lot of liggt and noise through. That is the only downside. Other than that it was waht I expected for the price. I would stay there again for a quick overnight trip. If I had the whole family I would find another hotel.

For the price, it's okay. Rooms smelled of smoke. Staff was friendly. No toiletries or blow dryer, so bring your own.

The hotel didn't read the comments on our reservation. from now on we'll have to book the ADA room, just to make sure we are on the bottom floor. we reserved a smoking room, ended up in non-smoking. they need to train the maids to look behind doors. a newly renovated room had a buildup of hair and dirt behind the bathroom door. Had to literally kick the room door open, it sticks. We have been staying there for several years, for NASCAR weekend, don't know if we will again or not.

The property was easy to get too. Only a few things, in my opinion need improvement. The mattresses need replaced, room cleaning needs to be more thorough (ashes on the floor, beds not fully made, door lock was broken, counters and dressers where very messy(cleaned room myself) the odor of stale cigarette smoke and mold filled the room.) the pool was 1/2 filled with water and not useable, tv remote and tv barely worked.

We had stayed there several years back and it was not a very clean place. Lots of weekly guest that were milling around the parking lot that made us uncomfortable to stay there. Decided to try it again from things we had heard and it was good. Staff was friendly, accommodated switching rooms to a ground floor room. Room was clean. And saw security do a drive through several times.

Terry at the front desk was amazing! She was sooo busy yet got maintenance to come fix our toilet right away. Yet the gentleman that came seemed adjatated to be bothered with the task and pointed out that it should have been taken care of during the day. So that told me that housekeeping probably didn't clean the toilet or they would have noticed the seat was almost completely off. Over all this is a very nice place to stay yet people loitering on the steps, out back, and in the lobby was a bit creepy and made us feel unsafe at first. Again Terry was amazing tho! She ran things like a boss! 👍

I just stayed here several times before it's a good hotel for the most part they'll work with you if you got some type of situation or issue they'll definitely work with you lose your your door key that help you out they give you another one you know what I mean you just got to return them when you leave it's cool

The place is dirty and worn out. There were hairs and stain found on the bedsheets. Towels are very old and worn out. Room is noisy as it is facing the free way. The staff is nice though. Will not choose to stay at this place anymore.
