The room was clean. The pillows were extra soft Soft like down but still firm. My back is Super super sore but I think that’s not the beds fault… Overall good experience kids loved the pool

I needed a central location to Seattle and surrounding area. The location was perfect. Express bus to Seattle was less then a mile walk. The front desk was always manned and Anna and Lucy were outstanding in every way. Room was clean and comfortable with a strong hot shower. Breakfast was not your typical Hampton fare it was much better excellent every day and varied. I used the fitness center and pool both were well taken care of. Very happy with my stay here.

I loved staying here. Very clean. Very nice place to be... I do think more staff is needed at the late night.. people haging out by the door waiting for others to come,so they could follow in. If staff was there to stop them...

Check in was easy. Beautiful day so we walked to the botanical gardens, easy walk from the hotel. The room was quiet, bed is firm and pillows soft. We stayed two nights, coffee and tea always available in the lobby. Breakfast was different each morning, but always had some kind of eggs. Something for most people. Overall I would stay again

Everything was great except that both nights and both mornings the person staying in the room above me was so disruptive that the mirror and the dressers in my room would start shaking. It sounded like they were doing construction in the room above me. It happened both mornings between eight and 10, and both evenings starting around 8:30.

These rooms were extremely spacious! Three different seating options in a two queen bed Room. The location is awesome because kitty corner across the intersection are several great stores for groceries, toiletries, camping and outdoor life! Easy walk. Access to and from the hotel is pretty good, I mean because it is Seattle lol. Things can always get messy fast The room itself was perfect. HVAC did kick on and off regularly but it was pretty quiet. You can definitely hear medium to heavy footsteps upstairs I was reassured that the toilet was cleaned well because they didn’t turn the water back on on the toilet so the flush was all fixed ourselves and just Turn the water back on. Rideshare to downtown Seattle was approximately $40 Breakfast— pretty solid! Would I stay here again? Heck yes Thanks for a great stay

The Staff and the breakfast options were the only redeeming qualities. There was hair in the bathroom and in the nightstand drawer (not mine, I had just checked in) and room had a lot of wear and tear. We were placed on the top floor and THE NOISE was wild, I woke up every time something would kick on because it was such a loud humming noise. I missed the fine print of parking costing $15 extra which is fine but I was not expecting that at the price I had already paid for a one night stay.

The pool was a bit chilly the first night we stayed so it wasn’t enjoyable but when I mentioned it in reply to a text from staff to check on my stay (which I appreciated) she checked the temp logs and adjusted it.

We had a great overnight stay. Shopping center across the street with dining option nearby. Pretty walkable. The facility was clean and quiet and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was good with a lot of options. Well worth it in my opinion.

Great rooms and felt very clean! However the service was not good. When we checked in the lady at the counter did not seem happy, looked upset (not sure why). We also advised that we had to cancel the 2nd night that was booked and was told by Expedia it would be refunded. However staff did not advise that it would be no refund. When checking out, i also advised the staff again that we are canceling the 2nd night and unable to stay. Again, they did not provide any info on if or when a refund would be provided. If they had known there is no refund, they could have told us, this way we would stay one more night!!! Now we are at a big loss because the staff provided no info!!!

Great location within walking distance of a local grocery co-op that has food similar to Whole Foods but cheaper. Also near walking distance to Trader Joe’s whole food and REI. Beds at Hampton Inn could be improved as the felt too soft and not level. Manager and staff were attentive to a random mishap that occurred. Overall happy w the stay and plan to stay at this hotel again!

Room was very quiet a big thanks to Amber who checked us in - the included breakfast was relatively decent. There for 3 nights and it was all ok! Would do again if ever in the area again and would recommend.

The ad for the room on Expedia called it a double room king bed. I guess that means small room with one king bed. Pretty misleading name of the room. They had no other rooms to switch to. Hotel was cool, small small pool but that was the only big property problem. Bad/misleading Expedia ad was an issue.

House keeping doesn’t come change your sheets or clean your room daily. You have to ask them to come clean and I don’t think they even wash everything. I asked for new blankets and sheets before I left for the day and I came back that night to find the blanket still being dirty. For it being so expensive they should be more thorough. Fridge was broken and outlets in bathroom didn’t even work. Most of the receptionist weren’t friendly or inviting. The kitchen staff in the morning when serving breakfast were so polite friendly and greeted you with good mornings. Better customer service in my eyes. I wouldn’t come back here. I’d probably go stay at the Hilton up the street since prices over there weren’t much of a difference.

I would atay agaon, but just beware there is a $15.00 parking fee, which was fine, but slightly annoying since I wasnt informed of it beforehand. Right across the street from Target & Chipotle. Very convenient.

The front desk at check in was great, very personable, friendly, and very welcoming. On the day we checked out it was 9:30 am and please tell me why I had housekeeping already trying to open my door to clean my room? If check out is not until 11am why do you feel it is ok to knock one time and then try to open my door? And not only that they came back multiple times trying to do the same thing. To the point where the front desk guy personally came and knocked on my door I told them we are getting our stuff together and will be leaving.. ( I was already pissed off) and then made his way downstairs (I was on the 3rd floor) and then proceeded to call my room to ask the questions yet again. I felt it was extremely rude and will never stay here again, which sucks honestly because I loved how close they were to Target, Dave and Busters, Chick Filet, and Trader Joe's but the service the morning crew gave us was beyond disrespectful. Never again will Hampton get any money from me.
