Staff is so friendly, checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Very clean!

Place is very nice, new, clean and comfortable. They even made sure our room was on the backside of the building away from the highway.
Disappointed that staff were not at the desk to greet us. We had to pick up a phone for them to tell us they would be right there. Two couples now waiting we are finally received for check-in.
At breakfast this morning we had to wait for eggs to be cooked, also disappointing where we are on a scheduled road trip.
There is nothing to do in this area, however, the is an absolute amazing BBQ restaurant,
Bros with a great atmosphere.

The hotel was doing some remodeling and had some materials around the entrance. The service was excellent. The room was excellent. The morning breakfast was never empty and the attendant for it was very efficient. Some kids were pretty loud when they arrive around 11p. Other than that, we had a great stay.

The hotel was extremely clean and quiet. The biggest challenge was breakfast on Saturday. The dining area did not open until 7 am. There was some type of scout gathering and the food, coffee etc, was completely gone by 7:05 am. Not enough help to restock. Coffee in the lobby was also completely gone. The coffee maker in the room had several packets of decaf coffee but only 1 packet of regular. Will consider staying again as it was extremely clean

Absolutely no light, chair arm broken and dangerous, hot water so hot it was dangerous, carpet is dirty, noisy from train and hi way and breakfast didn’t start until 7. It’s not the same place it was a few years ago. Terrible lighting. Wont stay again.

We rented a suite and it was very large and comfortable. It did not have dish cleaning soap o dish towels but the great staff helped out.
I liked that there was a bar and food to purchase (microwave able)

How is it you can have a reservation made 6 months in advance fully paid for and they have zero record of it. Because their Skytouch system doesn’t sync with Expedia. So we arrive for our 5 day stay, they say we don’t have a reservation and they have no rooms and no ability to refund our money. Their manager did nothing to assist, they didn’t care. We have stayed here in the past many times same time of year zero issues. I can promise you they will never get our business again!

Unless you actually go through the hotel website, you don’t know there is not an elevator or help with luggage up 18 steps. I’ve had 6 back surgeries and this was difficult for me to do.

We really like staying here. Unfortunately, their water heater broke during our stay and they had no hot water for a couple days. With the prospect of no shower for another day, we canceled the remainder of our stay.

Amazing stay. Helpful staff, very clean, easy checkc in and check out. Not pet friendly, however my service dog was welcome and staff were respectful. Would definitely recommend.

I book this hotel because it said it was pet friendly. We get there at 10 pm and we’re told it was not pet friendly. They said we couldn’t stay. They finally let us stay the night for an additional charge. We had to change hotels the next day. Staff was rude when I asked why thwy were marked as pet friendly they said they took service animals.

This is our 3rd year staying at Cobblestone. This time we stayed in a suite and was really pleased with the accommodations. Everything was clean, the refrigerator worked perfectly, the hot water was on tap and ready quickly. The ice machine was working, there were food options for purchase in the small alcove just off the front desk, which was great. The staff was friendly and the motel was quiet. Good job all!

Excellent condition, service and amenties. Friendly and fast checkin, lobby coffee and tea selection with syrups. Appreciated the ground floor room with view over field (facing away from highway). Comfortable beds, good linens and toiletries. All appliances, Wifi and TV work fine. Okay breakfast. Nice touch is the evening cookies. Convenient highway location.There is a lounge with bar that remains open.
