Centrally located,easy to find not far from bus station and Chinatown. Lots of choice for food closeby. One chinese restaurant serves beer on same street if that is important consideration. Helpful staff at reception, lady owner or manager very kind and helpful. Room was compact, bed comfortable, shower good. Wifi good. Limited tv channels.

Very friendly reception, excellent service, clean and comfortable chalet, towels , working aircond.quick check in and checkout, very helpful reception and accommodating . Wi-Fi was slow and tv no reception but who watches tv nowadays. Initially during booking it says breakfast included however when asked it wasn’t included so we didn’t get breakfast with our room despite the booking said so.. this should really be rectified .. anyway we would stay again here love the chalet and convenience, beautiful turtle beach with clear blue waters nearby, we rented a scooter for 24h to go to the beach. Also the coconut drink stall at the bottom of chalet is recommended! Very delicious and fresh, I had it every time after coming from the beach :) as a family of 4, it was a comfortable stay , value for price especially access to the beautiful beach.. we also rented a boat for 1 hour to see turtles from a local - adik ril, go to the stall with life jackets on the beach and ask, much cheaper price than the rest of tourism boats

the housekeeping is very bad. the floor is not clean. only one towel in the room. after ask for fews times than only they add another one to become two towels.

It is so near to China town. It is convenient to walk around to eat local cuisine. However, the hotel room is not very ideal. I made a mistake I did not know the room I booked did not have window. The room is small and without cabinet For me to hang clothing.

We booked two rooms for our stay at this hotel. We loved that the hotel was very close to Kuala Terengganus Chinatown. Hence finding food wasnt an issue. The 24-hour convenience store right next to the hotel was definitely a plus. Finding childhood snacks in there was a bonus. Reception employees were very nice and courteous. Upon checking into our rooms, we found one of the rooms to have a sort of unpleasant smell. Upon request, the employees at the reception promptly moved us into a different room without further questions. For the price we paid, this hotel met our expectations and needs.

Room only available @ 4pm after about 1 hour waiting at lobby.. bedsheets not really clean, spot some dirty patch and shabby. The manager in charge is not professional, always shouting krew all the time, can be heard through the walkie talkie everywhere.

I am a seasoned traveller throughout Malaysia and Asia and do not make the following comments lightly. I do not think that a 3 star rating is appropriate for this Hotel. It does not have a cafe or restaurant on site. The hotel looks on to a disheveled, rubbish pile of a car park and overall I had the feeling of being in a depressed environment. While the hotel and rooms were clean the standard and quality is lacking. Bring earplugs if you are going to stay here as the doors slamming is very loud, and you can hear people talking and laughing, and for me a baby was crying in the room across the hallway. While it is close to China Town and the town centre which are its pluses, there are other options which are better with a similar 3 star rating. I do not think that it was value for $$$ Would I stay there again - definitely NOT

Noisy room can hear sound from next door, floor above and even the walk way, the room is small with minimum space to move, but great location with walking distance u can reach China town, city center and eatery.
