You should not ever book this place ever again , the room smelled like smoke cigaret burn stain on the bath tube we did not stay there and would never stay there, we went to the Hilton a few blocks away.

Good hotel

Booked 4 nights had coffee the first morning in the room none the rest of the time, and cokroaches

Beds were really comfortable. Cold air. Table top wasn't screwed down, would tilt over if anything placed on side. The one ice machine for the entire complex would not make any ice. Housekeeping didn't provide fresh coffee. You get what you pay for.

Water would not shut off in shower. Ice machine did not work. Poor lighting in room. Pool repairs have been going on for two years

The staff and owner were EXTREMELY KIND and helpful. I can’t say enough about just how sweet they all were BUT, yes there is a BUT the place is just dirty, it needs bleach and a water hose. There was black mold in the bathroom, floors were absolutely gross and the liens looked like they’ve been slept on over and over, stained and looked dingy.

Liked the location

Toilet kept wanting to overflow so my poor husband had to plunge it every single use! Could also use deep cleaning along basement floor boards as well as painting of bathroom door. The rest of the room was really great! And breakfast is good.

Older hotel which is ok .. clean except for the comforter on the bed. As you can see the bed was made .. can you see the big stain in the middle ??

Updated room and bath. Bed was comfortable and small table and chairs were convenient for eating our take out.

Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was clean. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Staff was friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was ok but basic, but there is Hardees next door. Pool was not open for our stay June 27, 2024.

Older hotel but its been remodeled staff was friendly and attentive. For what it cost i would recommend it.

No wo der the price was low. Roaches.., dirty floor, whiskey bottle behind bed, bed very uncomfortable, bed comforter had stains. Stayed before and this will be the last.

No smoking room really doesn’t smell any smoking, which is good than other hotels I when to. But I went there twice, each time had problem to flush the toilet! Really annoying. And I needed to go to the front office to use bathroom. I asked for an additional sheet. They gave me one with a hole there! Limited breakfast.

Front desk great but the rooms and property is in bad shape. Didn't have the room we reserved, king suite, and charged me the same amount for a regular double room. Housekeeping made 1 bed but not the other and only got some of the trash and dirty towels.

My feet stuck to the floor, the bed did not appear tho have clean sheets and the bed spread was dirty and had a large dirt stain on it.

Fishermen beware. This used to be a nice option but it’s not being maintained and all the electric to charge boats no longer works

Hotel was older. Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. In need of updating. Beds were very comfortable. Great price.

Older hotel. Looked all evening for bugs, but to my suprise, I didn't find any. The microwave had RTV all over the front where someone tried to repair it somehow. Not many guests, but the guests that were there where herded into a small area of one wing. This made for many loud banging noises and car engines and even loud yelling throughout the night.

Young lady at the desk was very professional & cordial.

Short staffed

Arrived to the hotel checked in went to the grocery store. Bought snacks. Put them in the refrigerator refrigerator did not work. Did not realize it till the next day tried to turn the TV on there was no remote they were supposed to send someone up because they said it had been stolen and no one ever arrived, after staying in the room overnight with no TV we just used our phones. We then got up to have the free continental breakfast that was included in the price. We were taken back and appalled. The juice machine did not work. They had like four slices of bread maybe three bagels out And cereal and cylinders. I thought maybe I would have some cereal then look for the milk and it was a half gallon of milk in a reaching cooler that had been expired. We were disgusted and went to the front desk after one night stay and explained that we would be checking out , I spoke to the desk person and he told me that I would have to call Expedia to get my money back for the next night which I did. I asked him about the continental breakfast and his comment was that is why the room is so cheap that’s what you get for what you pay , I’d advise anyone and everyone just spend the extra 10 or 20 bucks and stay anywhere but here please avoid. Also, it had a microwave and it was disgusting. There was still food residue all over the top. I’m glad we had blankets to sleep on top of the bed

Clean and quiet.

FILTHY DIRTY!!! The room reeked of smoke including the bedding. We found a sock and button (and LOTS of dirt) behind the beds. The floor boards and corners are caked in grime. Bathroom had some kind of sticky mess and footprints across it. If it had not been so late and we were so tired we would have moved on that night. The heating system was broken so you could not use the knob to adjust the heat, when we brought pliers in and turned it on, it set off the smoke alarms. I would not even consider coffee in the morning offered in the meager "breakfast", which was quite the joke. Swimming pool is a pit of green scum. This place is utterly disgusting and the owners and management should be ASHAMED.

Quiet, plenty of warm water, room for boat parking in the back of the property and only a few minutes from Goose Pond

Conveniently located, and price was great.

Room was clean & staff customer oriented. Heater made a loud noise on the 2nd day & was given a space heater instead of another room. Iron and ironing board very outdated and in poor working order, very difficult to iron needed clothes. Complimentary breakfast was pitiful.

This franchise was amazing. The property and staff exceeded my expectations. I am very OCD about cleanliness and I was very pleased. This location is very nice and updated with the newest furnishings and technology such as ports available on lamps along with extra plugins

Everything was good upon checking in. Front desk guys were great. The room was nice the bed was comfy. The breakfast could of been better but who is to complain. Other than that everything was good. Thank you 😊😊😊
